I think it's such a shame that abusers end up annoying regular people as well. What they are doing, they are doing for themselves and I get it, economy is in shambles all around the world and everyone is trying to get away with whatever they can get away with, I get it. But that doesn't mean that it's a shameful act, try to get more jobs and try to work harder to make that money, if you keep ending up working for shady stuff then you are going to live a shameful life.

I have never earned a single cent unearned, never did anything out of legal world, and this isn't just because it was illegal to do it, but it was because it was right thing to do. These multi account people should feel a sense of shame when they are doing all of this trying to bankrupt a casino just for their personal glory.

Is there a representative of blackjack.fun I can dm? I was asked for KYC when I tried to withdraw and I sent all the required documents. Now when I try to access the website, I only get this message :

''Your information has been successfully sent. Please wait while one of our admins verifies the data. We will reach out as soon as possible.''

It has been 7 days now. A bit concerning as I'm not allowed to access my account on the website, see my remaining balance or transactions/bets made, only this message appears. Usually when you are asked for KYC, you are still allowed to place bets and see your account activity, this is the first time I see this ever on a bookmaker.



Happy to say this issue has been fixed. My account was verified today and withdraw processed!

They don't careless give any conclusion, ban any account because they have reputation to protect. I am sure if a big casino says that account is from multi-account owner, it is 99.9% true.

For such an issue, a hard reset, (which I believe simply means turning the phone off and turning it back on) may likely not solve the problem, what I suggest you do rather is to clear your Browser cookie, or if you know how to locate cookie and data belonging to blackjack alone, you could clear and reset it so it does not affect other sites..
The above process I believe should solve the problem, if the problem is peculiar to you alone, which I believe is, as I just visited the site on my android mobile phone, and it's completely well fitted on my screen and every thing well arranged as it should - the only thing I noticed is that the site took too long to load.
