Just for clarity sake, is this account blocking a new incident or still the same old complain you brought here some time ago, because I can still remember when I read your complaint that your account was blocked and documents requested. And even at some point, you acknowledged that you have recovered the account so why raise a new complaint again?

You may have to give some further explanation, to clear up things for those following up with the case.

Old complaint, sorry for the misunderstanding. It's just strange that blackjack.fun blocked access to my account right after the KYC request - all I could see was the "KYC blah blah blah" notification, so I couldn't even take a screenshot of my balance. This has never happened to me at any other casino.

btw my total winnings are only about $400, and I was still required to go through KYC Grin

It nice to hear that your case is resolved. I believe the casino will process any withdrawal as long as they don't have any issues with the casino like cheating and exploiting bonuses. Probably those that claim that their case is unsolved had done something that breach the terms and conditions of the site.

It is normal for a licensed casino to ask for KYC, it is abnormal if they are not. So we shouldn't be surprised if a licensed casino ask for KYC since it is one of the regulation imposed by the government to prevent money laundering and other illegal money transfers. There is indeed no need to worry as long as we don't break any terms of the casino.

They will surely process it and there is no benefit for them to halt your withdrawal because it will just damage the reputation that they build for so many years that includes expenses on marketing here.

Perhaps your withdrawal amount is already exceeded to the maximum amount allowed for non-KYC user. Do you at least x1 wager your deposit before you initiate your withdrawal?

Back to my ongoing wagering, decided to take a break after finally getting a losing streak lol Bonus of $130 was SO tempting to complete but I just left it after 30% wager requirement.

I think it is definitely a tricky situation but they have been around here for a long time and I trust them as much as I trust myself so I am sure that not only they will solve all the issues but they will definitely fix everything and earn everyone's love back.
