Just I have participated in it. testing my luck lol. Though the prize is not big. But I think a lot of crowds there. Basically, the banner is so good and I really love it. I believe the distribution date is what he only pertains. All the rakeback rewards can be claim right after the contest ends which you can see on the countdown. It’s normal so that they can distribute all the rewards including the contest at one go. Anyone here try to use the support ticket of Blackjack.fun on discord server like me? I try to use it yesterday because the live support button on the casino is not available. I create a ticket but there’s no one answering in the discord ticket whenever the live chat support is not available too. Does same admin handling all the concerns in both discord and live chat?
I think it will be good they will assign different admin to handle support ticket on discord. Btw discord support ticket is much better on live support because you can leave your concern even if admin is offline unlike live support which doesn’t record all the previous conversation.

Maybe adding the admin time zone and working hours on the live chat whenever they are offline as automatic reply is helpful.

Is there a news on when will the new VIP reward program will be implemented? Also is the mbtc reward coming from tournament also needs to wager x40 or just the reward coming from free spin? I’m not updated anymore but I’m still playing during weekends.

Admin Aria is always online during morning to afternoon on our time zone. I have a lot of conversation to her regarding my withdrawal and she always reply quickly when she’s online. If your concern is withdrawal, Admin that process withdrawal usually active during night to early morning.
