Its been a while that i came here to check regarding with the updates and I would like to congratulate the blackjack.fun management with this improvements and new features for their players new kind of features it's more easier to make a ping with the admins for withdrawals or some issues but the problem sure if they might go for the discord tons of scammers pretending that be part of the team.

This is a good update for communication even though I'm not a fan of discord but seeing a place where team can communicate to players quickly is the best compared before that we can only interact on chat box with limited number of message available in able to backread. Discord is indeed the best place for a proper communication to members since they can categorized all chats related to the specific subject that members is asking.
I saw that there's a support channel which makes this server useful.
it is good to have a discord discussion group and since blackjack is already a known name around the forum, it won't take long before members from this forum will visit the discord group to see what is going on there most especially as it seems there have been many new developments with the site.
Although I acknowledge that the update is good but the problem is most of the gambler don't want more chit chat than playing. Probably they will just use it for some concern or checking of bonus/giveaways of the casino. I doubt that the discord server will be a place for chit chat since the chat box on the casino is more convenient to use rather than discord.

Are the BlackJack.Fun admins going to remove the casino's chatbox and transfer everything in their Discord server? I thought the team was going to implement different channels/rooms for different topics in the public chatbox. That would have been better in my opinion, although harder to implement and it might open the site to more attack vectors/security flaws.
The discord things is another room for the players to stay closer with the project staffs

Ser, you cannot be more inaccurate in your post. Gambling companies are centralized entities that are regulated by another centralized governing entity. That itself makes it very impossible for a gambling company to be permissionless UNLESS it was built and implemented directly to use the Bitcoin blockchain, like DirectBet. But if you're demanding for BlackJack.Fun to be "permissionless", no, that can't be possible.
Yeah. Even instant withdrawal feature of casino still needs approval by the admin and some companies is just using a bot to automatically approved withdrawal with just some parameters like max/min withdrawal. But all this withdrawal will still undergo first to the casino admin before it will go out to the casino since casino balance is not on-chain and they are just using hot wallet balance to payout customer withdrawal.Even games web3 still not permission less. I agree that directbet is the best example here for the real permission less game because it automatically payout on the sender address once the bet wins.
And in return, people gamble at a place that has a set house edge, and the deposit/withdrawal is on-chain hence it's not really that weird to have it instant. That's why it's possible but not very much preferred because it can be abused so much, centralized like this is much better because there is a team at the top securing it.

But the withdrawals that I have made in BlackJack.Fun have always been instant, during the time when I was in their signature campaign, and after the signature campaign. Although all those withdrawals were small that never went more than $500.00.

I assume some of the staff are taking time off so withdrawals have to be processed manually it should be back to normal next week
By the way if your withdrawal is other than BTC then it is always processed manually as far as I know instant withdrawal is only applied to BTC.

After seeing your post I immediately checked my bonus balance which is still active I have a bonus balance of 50k satoshi with 18.71% unlocked
I have to complete about 18mbtc wager to release the bonus balance

I am tempted to say its not possible, but let me just ask how is this even possible ?
Gambling one hour in a whole month way too strict and right now, i am wondering how you even enjoy the game you play with such a rule you imposed on yourself.
