This feature already planned to add on the future upgrade of the casino. Devs is just finishing all the planned updates 1 by 1 until all the queue updates including VIP benefits was finished.

If not working for you then I assume it could be GEO blocked.

i think you need to wager a minimum of 5mbtc/day to get that bonus
the new update was rain which is implemented yesterday and it will give rain to people who are chatting in the last hour

This will really raise an alarm to the security team of the casino. I’m glad to see that he just asked for KYC and no further question because this action might result to ban of account once they suspect the transaction is for money laundering.

I guess just some thing they notice with the account well it is already fixed and it is good that soju are still kept in touch with the blackjack management so we can make a immediately fix with the issue we are facing with, currently I'm addicted in playing with their slots and in the night i have the routine of playing blackjack lol keep enjoying but still manage with risk.
