It's explained in the thread I linked to in the original post.My BTC got lost in their Shared Send service and never reached the recipient, and I've tried everything I could to contact them but I've gotten exactly zero response. Apparently "piuk" is the guy who represents the site on this forum and he's ignoring my messages.

RESOLVED. Blockchain.info just returned my money along with 2 extra BTC after over a month and within a few hours of posting about this on Reddit.
It has been a month since I lost over $500 to Blockchain.info's Shared Send service and I still haven't gotten any reply from them, except for the one when they simply closed my support ticket after a couple weeks on Zendesk.com
