Although I am not sure how valuable this info could be..... If you haven't studied a market and its behavior, you must be suicidal to jump in every time someone yells "hey! Coin X is pumping!"

I wrote a fix that performs only 1 API Call to get tickers (when i wrote bitfinex interface there was no API V2 System)
Actually it's likely to get a "200 API RATE LIMIT" return code if you use the old Bitfinex interface.

So, at the end, the effect is the same. Creating a limit order at price X or waiting until price goes to X and then creating the same order. Right?
yes, some person prefers to be in WAIT and some others prefers to have the order ACTIVE at the limit value

If limit is applied in ADEQUATE FALSE then there's no order creation/recreation.
If limit is applied in ADEQUATE TRUE Then the price is adequated to the limit and order is created/recreated.
