Not every bounty is a stupid or scam. There are bounties that will be lasting till the success of the project and at the later stage comes forward with wild reasons stating that participants won't be paid anymore as the softcap or hardcap isn't reached. This happens and for the same we cannot indicate entire bounties as a scam.

You have been not known of the real fact or you might be got nothing participating on any bounties which is a scam made you to post like this. Bounties are good in paying the participants and the we need to do thorough validation before entering in to a bounty like the investors do. A bounty cannot meet its hard cap without the bounty participants role in projecting the coin through different channels and as you said bounties are not Stupid, they are the real plus for a project to achieve its target.

I would not be so very categorical, the fact is that the bounty will have a good chance for promotion for a very long time, but as for the honesty of the developers, I'm not going to argue, they all understand this, but not all are being implemented.

What's the point in distributing 2% towards bounties??

Those people will flip the tokens as soon as they get them, and it's usually much less people than it looks like due to multi-account.

Also the quality of the post is very low even for hero and "legendary" members.

If I had a coin I would never ever distribute part of the tokens towards bounties; I'd see that as a kick in the nuts to legit ICO participants.
I see that you only talk about the bad side for 2% of the total amount of token. What about the good side? You got a free PR for your ICO on social media by participants with likes and retweets. You got someone to bump up your ANN thread so it can be catch up eyes of some investor. You got the chance to have people take up their time to hold your trash token. Need more?

you might think that, but know if you have a price to pay for marketing and bounty is a cheap payment This scheme is commonly used by entrepreneurs if you don't like it don't do it. if you become a bounty hunter, doing the same thing you are stupid but I appreciate your opinion Grin.

You are ignorant, your point of view cannot be formed, you don't know the importance of promoting a project or a coin, maybe you should read more books.

No one will do bounties if that is for free...
2% is a decent percent to give to participants.
getting advertisements with mainstream media all over the world is so expensive than having bounties.
then, if you have any coin it is up to you what ever you want to do with it.

2% is good for the participants and I don't see anything wrong with 2% because as long as you will get your coin or token then it's still good to advertise. It is depends to the price of your coin once you sell it.

Agreed.

award at 2% is the normal fee for the amount of advertising which falls into social networks and other sources of information. the project is seen by people and invest in it a lot more than 2% is spent on advertising.

What I find ironic is the fact 95% of posts in this threads are the demonstration of my initial point.

Obviously, nobody will agree with your point because we are all  bounty participants that you are mocking with. It is your opinion and i will respect that however, please be reminded that like you we have families to support with and sharing a blessing won't cause too much!

How do you think 2% for bonuses? I think it's great with the total supply of an ico. They created bounty campaigns to attract a true community. Besides, good articles also attract investors to the project

i don't think so, bounties are free marketing, it helps grow the community ad users, of course lots of fake accounts trying to do shit things but it costs devs team for nothing. The tokens they give for bounty hunters just a reward. It's valuable or not depending on how the market react. Some bounty hunters also contribute ICO after they notice that they are working with a potential project. It's good thing for ICO.

Therefore, the distribution has recently been postponed for a month or two, so that the participants do not lower the price. But I think that the campaign bounty is a good advertisement for the project. Personally, I repeatedly chose ICO in which I then invested precisely because I saw somewhere advertising on this forum.

Naah, I think its brilliant. The project literally pays zero money for advertisement. If they failed to reach the softcap then no money were wasted. If perhaps the project is a success, they would only need to delay the distribution of the payment to ensure that the dumping would be minimized at the moment of listing in exchanges.

Am certain the main why you say bounties are imbecilic is a direct result of the manner in which the bounties are dump when the token get into trade. Be that as it may, we need to take a gander at the great part and advantages bounties likewise offers to icos, free promoting at no cost to the task. I dont think the issue is the bounties dump rather it is the conveyance of the venture. in the event that a task is comparable to the whitepaper. It will represent itself with no issue and financial specialists will be productive and glad over the long haul.

the  distribution of tokens and bounty participants dumping it on the exchange on the  day the token is listed is a good strategy for the project promotion and for it to be listed on other exchanges. besides the marketing purpose for the project more parties will be interested to the project if they see volume in the exchange.
It also give more opportunity to another supporters to buy tokens at cheap price and usually bounty hunters just dumping it no longer than 2 months. Then after that it will rise and give the supporters a lot of profit. When dumping occurs, it is really the first test that must be faced by all coins and tokens.

We are trying to win free but we are investors at the same time. The best advertising method to investors is bounty. They make advertise, we earn coins. Win win. I like it.

But I don't think it's stupid. Ico owners get investors out of it.

If the project is good then they will have good reviews and the community will grow, so I think the bounty will still be useful.
