The tasks are never too complicated, and almost never involve any sort of computer programming. That's what the developer excels at. However, there will be other things that the developer either can't do, or just won't have time to do. However those tasks are necessary for the success of the coin they created. So what do they do? They get other people to do those tasks, rewarding them with coins of their creation.
Examples of typical bounties include promoting the new coin on twitter, forums, reddit, insta, to their network , following, or designing a logo for that coin.

Bounties are specially designed for promotion of their companies ICO, but there are some ICO's scamming people by collecting Fund. Bounties have great demand when it comes to ICO promotion and all the activities will be done by the people who are working for the ICO. So it is always good to choose the good bounty because some scammers will not pay coins.

Bounty campaign is the one with the most followers here in this forum, almost all members here are working to a different bounties and trying to find their luck with some bounties that they are participated in. Some bounties are truly reliable but i can't deny that when it comes to bounty there are so many scammers that just came here just to scammed people and absolutely no plans to pay with their participants.

# Bounty works is actually project promotion . Any project when come to the ICO as roadmap they offer a bounty campaign as their rules to follow. Joining different social campaign and also signature campaign are gathered there.

There are so many bounties like twitter,facebook and in forum .But the most easiest campaign for me is on forum because I have no time for social media I just want to read more about bitcoin on forum and browsing on facebook is just wasting time for me.Joining signature campaign and those managers I joined is always responsible for their payments to us weekly.Following their rules and regulations must always do for us.
i think the easiest campaign is joining the telegram campaign, just be active no need to chat at all in some campaigns 
but for me i think signature campaign has been the most profitable in all of them because of the budget allocated and the number of participants which is way lower compared to other campaign.
To participate in the bounty of the company you need to have an active profile on this forum, twitter and facebook with a large number of subscribers and a channel on YouTube. With these resources, you can enter the bounty and perform tasks that are described in the company's terms. You just need to post in here or in the social media and that's all but participating in a bounty is like a gamble except if they escrowed the funds. I've seen many incidents where the ICO did not pay their participants or just cancelled their bounty.
Most of the ICO cancelled because of people are not showing any interest towards the project. They need to attract community by attending the conference and showing their credibility and has the ability to develop the things what they mentioned.

in recent weeks is quite often also Telegram bounty, where people change their nicknames according to website and there are also violent group of spammers that post links into groups. This is the another form for bounty which projects nowadays using. A lot of projects use a service which provide projects thousands bounty hunters into their Telegram groups as well as bots.

It is a form of advertisement through the projects of some innovative people and ways that could gather a start up money for their projects. It's kind of easy to join and know how it works if you read a lot, and basically it will be found in this forum.
Bounties are a great way to get some reward for spreading the word of the altcoin, it's a win win for both the person and the company. Another great way to make some cash is through referrals if you have a good network connection. In a referral you simply help the company get sales and you get a cut of the investment.

Yes you can join some bounties even you are newbie. Read the whole thread of the bounty campaign that you want to join and see if you can be part of any of it. There are tasks that are not requiring rank like telegram campaign, article writing, name it. You'll see it if you are going to read the thread, just don't be lazy in reading. And also why you are trying your best to rank up with 10 merits to become a member, contribute helpful posts that will gain you merit. By the way, junior member signature doesn't have any link anymore but I've seen some bounty that are still accepting that rank, aim to rank higher.

in signature campaign it is common for project to accept ranks starting from jr.member and above but if you really want to earn through campaigning you could use your facebook and twitter account since there's a campaign for that as well just follow the rules of the bounty.
