It depends on the campaign, some pay in bitcoin, some pay in their own coin, lets day they pay in their own coin, they say we're going to make a bounty of 10 million coins, they then proceed to make a points system, at the end of the campaign your points are divided by the total points (of everyone) and multiplied by the number of coins to get what you take.

What factors determine how much someone gets paid and what do you have to do?

Has anyone made decent money?

it's like we do marketing for own of coin.. then they give us a reward.. Cheesy all we need to do is support them good enough

HI,

Bounties payments are set by the crypto owners. Most of the times you can participate by promoting the crypto at many platforms such as twitter, facebook, Reddit etc, and ofcourse bitcointalk.

I think the people who participate the NEM bounty made a lot of money if they hold their coins for long time.
