HI,

Bounties payments are set by the crypto owners. Most of the times you can participate by promoting the crypto at many platforms such as twitter, facebook, Reddit etc, and ofcourse bitcointalk.

I think the people who participate the NEM bounty made a lot of money if they hold their coins for long time.
Without the participation of bounty hunter then dev will not be able to reach the sales target. they work to provide information about a coin then investors will see it and invest. bounty hunter works to get rewards from dev and hold it until the price exceeds the market price.

Does anyone have experience doing this, like how much coins did you get, how long did it take for you to get them, does the project need to reach its hardcap or not, ... I'm supporting Change Bank because it's the only project I've ever seen that could effectively cause mass global adoption (over 10% of the global population) in less than a decade, but I'm curious how this campaign works cause I've never done this before

No so far, I conducted a small analysis, on five successful projects and their bounty companies.
I would divide it into three main components:
1. How the company pays for participation: either it is a fixed amount in fiat, or this is a percentage (usually 2-5%) of the amount of money collected.
On average, companies spend 3% of the amount of their ICO, or 100-200kk.
2. Distributed total allocated amount, by type of company. The big part always goes off as a rule to bitcointalk.
3. Types of necessary promotions:
Promotion by bitcointalk
Promotion by articles

Facebook

How do bounties work?

What factors determine how much someone gets paid and what do you have to do?

Has anyone made decent money?
Bounty can be gained by participating in projects and campaigns they create and we only need to promote their projects on a social media, translate, signature campaign etc. You will get pretty good money from bounty program.

you only need to do the work in accordance with the rules that have been made by the developer, each project must have a different fund allocation for bounty hunter, and if you run the task properly and according to the rules until the ICO expires, you will get paid in accordance with what You do

How much tokens you will be paid  is up to bounty rules , and how much money you will get is up to the price of the token.
Some bounties are really worth joining , good luck to you.

Bounties help to promote ICO project to help show people and share information around in places likehere in the forum bitcointalk, twitter, facebook, reddit etc. Bounties are paid with the campaign's coin,  which for a little time, you can get a very good profit out of it and which is an absolute assurance.

First you must know what bounties are, it is a campaign where you can earn altcoins or tokens that is given by the bounty campaign owners . You can join in any campaign but it depends on what is required. The payment is determined by the number of stakes given and also the success of the campaign. You have to follow the instructions and regulations in order to earn stakes.

Nice explanation, I like to join in some ICO projects which is promising in my opinion, the signature bounty will make me keep a close look at the ICO projects and its latest news, also I can get some free tokens.

Payment for bounty works depend on what job you will do for them and it matters that if the certain bounty category will not be saturated by bounty hunters then you might gonna earn huge with this. But don't expect for the huge gain and focus on obtaining a job for multiple campaigns since it can make you rich by the time they will pay you off.

The rules for participating in the bounty campaign are determined by the organizers. Rules are usually simple, you need to promote the organizers company by reposting (twitter, facebook, etc.) or posting with a campaign signature (bitcointalk). Reward usually depends on your activity.

It's simple, you just promote a project by adding its signature code to your profile or through twitter or blog posts after projects' ico ends you are awarded with tokens which are seperated for bounty campaign.
Yes it's simple once we join their Ico project we simply promote and follow their rules on how we can get paid on the bounties we join. Just join the signature campaign, filled up the form, and wear sig code according to the rank you have then follow the rules. If their project is successful we are rewared on the job we done.

Bounty works like we help them to promote their ico project and when their ico/project success, we will get paid for it and it's depend on how much allocation that the dev/bounty manager give. Usually it counts as stake and when the ico is finish, the bounty manager will count how many stakes that we got. Signature campaign always earn decent money on bounties, especially if the ico is big success.

For most of the bounties for ICOs, they offer stakes for promoting their product on social medias and wearing signature here in bitcointalk. There is an allotted budget for each bounty and stake is like a percentage of how much you can get on the end of the campaign.

Bounties can also be risky. Sometimes it is profitable, sometimes not that much.

Many projects provide bounty with the goal of introducing their projects to more people and attracting them to participate as investors. Bounty hunter will be given tokens according to their contribution to the project.

Bounties are a great way to get some reward for spreading the word of the altcoin, it's a win win for both the person and the company. Another great way to make some cash is through referrals if you have a good network connection. In a referral you simply help the company get sales and you get a cut of the investment.

It completely depends on the coin and the campaign. Some pay you in their currency (which can be great if it increases) bitcoin (high value, but they will give you a very small amount) or another currency such as Ethereum.

Here is an example of Referral campaign where you receive 10% of the commission from recommending an investor:-

Here is an example of a bounty campaign where by sharing posts on social media etc, banners on your bitcoin profile or PR work / feedback

Hope this helps!
