It's normal that amount of bounty hunters grows, but i consider a lot of them don't simply withdraw earned money, they invest into ICOs as well.At least I'm going to use such strategy.Thats why more bounty hunters does not mean less ico participants.

Bounties are shit, i have joined one of them a long time ago and it was because i was too bored, i loved the project and i wanted to promote it.
I invested a lot of money in there and i wanted to give it some advertising on the forum, bounties are "a lazy" way to pay all those shit posters in this forum.
And yes, a regulation for this would be good enough.

Bounty and too many participants for ico will be very useful because it can promote the project well, but for the participants will have a bad impact that will reduce the reward, so it should be the manager to limit the many participants who will join.

Its about more on promoting of one project even not the best participant can promote, so i dont think selecting participants to join one campaign will happen for now.. Maybe it is us (participants) will be the one to choose campaign with few particiapants and those campaign often requires high requirements.
