Yes, there are so many participants now in bounties, especially in social media campaign, and now in signature campaign there are many participants now joining, and the rewards are getting less and less, i think that bounty manager's need to limit the participants in joining bounties, social media and signature campaign so that the payment will be fair and nice.

Sometimes social media campaigns are created by some rules, but they can not reduce the number of participants. It's not anyone's fault. Maybe there should be standardization to follow bounty campaigns like ranking rules in this forum. That's just my opinion.

You are right there should some hard rules for bounty participants and bounty managers should should strictly get them followed by participants.Bounty Managers should analyze accounts of every participants and should include those whose are making constructive posts and having high merits and should start from high ranks.In this way reward will be high and bounty potential participants would work hard to make their accounts constructive.
