Not all bounty campaign so long. Not all token distribution takes 1-2 months. But there is a lot depends on your experience, the ability to choose a bounty and luck.

I wouldn't say that most are successful. In long run majority will end up at zero value. But if you manage to find the right bounty campaign, you can earn very good profit for sure
Bounty company gives you the opportunity to earn money,you just need to choose a good project.
They are not really if you work on some good bounties and also stick to them for at least year or so. Many people fail to stay in the bounties for longer time and also they fail to hold their tokens for sufficiently long time. I mean people or bounty hunters specifically always go and rush their token selling and thus always end up loosing those gains which they could get after holding and waiting for the project to develop nicely. I think if you plan your bounty programs properly then you can get lot of money out of it and it is worth spending your time on.

Its now wastage of time if you choose to do bounty from trusted management company like amazix kryptical bounty manager, their project is well organized and give good returns at the end...
I don't totally agree that bounty campaigns are a waste of time. I've participated in scores of campaigns and 60% of them turn out profitable. Some projects start well, but along the line, hitches may pop up, and that may lead to closure of the campaign. But for me, I try to research campaigns before participating.

Quite agree, especially when distribution time. Some of bounty campaign project always delayed the distribution date with many shit reason that can make bounty hunters angry. And then, When already distributed they just provided worst exchanger with a low volume of trading activity that can break the token value...
I know many people say " Patience Is A Key ", but come on that every people patience has its limits...

I don't see any reason why it will be considered a waste of time. Technically, you don't spend too much of your time doing it just as long as you manage your time well. Time after all, is the number one resource we need to take care of because once you lose it, you can't get it back. You just need to have some patience and wits when doing bounties and it does let you earn some extra while you're probably out doing your day job. I'm sure a lot have experienced its benefits and would definitely have tried this more than once.

Bounty campaign is worth if the participants have patience to wait. It is a vitue that you really need . It takes 6 months or in a Year to wait for the rewards or either they Will announce it as scam. Yes, sometimes it is really hard working in bounty because you need to search and have a good source for your campaign or Elsie you Will be getting no stakes at all.
Start making more than 1 bounty, for example 2 so you dont have to wait up to 4 months for token distribution, but just 2(for each one)
It is depends on the project bro, if the project is successful then expect a profit from the bounty campaign and if the project is unsuccessful or scam then that's the waste of time so pick a good bounty campaign if possible. 
I cant understand why people think bounty campaigns are waste of time. There are many people earn money from bounties and some of them do bounty as a main job. The most important thing is to choose right bounty.

I don't see it as a waste of time because eventhough we participated for 2 months and we get paid after 2 months again for as long as there is a value then we still earn and it is not really a hard work in posting like 10 posts a week. I mean for as long as the bounty that you are participatig is not a scam then it is not a waste of time. it will become only as waste of time if you will not get paid and the ICO project decieved us all.
I would not say that a bounty-campaign is a waste of time. If you do not have starting capital, but you really want to make money on crypto-currencies. So, perhaps you are interested in a bounty-campaign.
Bounty company really takes a lot of time to work. And long enough to make money. But if you work with trusted companies. That time spent will not pass in vain. You can earn a good amount of money.
Never waste your time, if you engage in them and do it enthusiastically, you will get good value and if you do not participate in them and do not work, you will not receive them. be of high value.

I have been doing bounty for years now and I am so lucky that I had my investment in both altcoin and bitcoin through the rewards that I have recieved through it. You should just choose the best bounty to join. You should monitor their ICO to make sure that you're in the right track.
