Both these factors totally go hand in hand . I agree that there are many scams going on in bounties and ICOs these days . But that is the reason why the genuine bounties are being considered so exotic right now . The genuine ICOs are less but they manage to get huge prices and profits to the investors and the people working for bounties. Personally, I'm very attentive to the choice of the company's bounty. I'm not chasing the quantity, but working for quality. I will not say that bad companies do not come across to me, but there are very few of them.
