As I understood, the payments had to strat today. But my MEW is empty now. And as I read, no one received bounty for this moment. Is there any official position of team about this situation. I don't want to say that this situation is great problem, but I want to know specific date of payout start.

tokens are now unlock, big amount of CND has been flooding ED at the very first minute, but still buy walls are increasing significantly. Since ED is the first exchange, investors already taking their profit in such a good amount, but they may regret it in few days to come

We have a number of technical requirements for the exchanges that are interested in listing the CND. If these requirements are not completely fulfilled, we cannot give our permission for listing. We also do not tolerate the situations when the exchanges that try to list our token it for trading without our consent. We remind you that CND is not an instrument for speculation - it is an indispensable part of the Cindicator tech ecosystem, it’s essential infrastructure element. 
Furthermore, we ourselves initiate the discussions with these exchanges that meet our high-security standards. It is important for Cindicator to give an opportunity for those that couldn't participate in the Token Sale to buy tokens so that they can access our products in the future.
However, we can not and will not make any announcements before things are 100% settled. Please follow our official channels - the information will be there when we are ready.

I still have not seen CND in my Myetherwallet, I also hope the bounty distribution is done immediately and is there any information about exchangers that are CND accepted?

With a few hours to go before this token is transferable, I'm really wandering what it's going to do. At Etherdelta several buying orders have been placed at, sometimes, outragious prices (2,5/3 times its initial value). We'll have to see what happens. For me it's a keeper. For sure. Mixing big data with human intelligence has a big future.
