If your address is specified correctly there is no need of confirmation message again, CND team is asking for the people whose address or not correct in spreadsheet they need to fill the form.

Unfortunately it's late now. We can't change stakes anymore. I said on Oct 9 to do it ASAP - today Is Oct 12 - yesterday we make a post about it.

But it was unfair to ask report, because it wasn't in the rules of participation.
