You are right you are not lying but as you can check few pages behind they give deadline and they do this all as they announced now you lost your all coins because now no one can help you in this case just try to contact them by email or telegram its all right now for you

Here is what I wrote in the telegram:
"Our initial bounty program was operated by a third party provider. Upon discovering that numerous bounties haven't been rewarded, we launched a program to manually compensate this error. This was officially announced on October 25th, and we extended the bounty claim until November 8th. All eligible participants that claimed the XUC tokens, have already received their tokens. Unfortunately, claims after November 8th is no longer valid. We understand your frustration and want to sincerely apologise."
