It is not going to happen because most of the developers are trying to pay with money that they are not sure if it is going to be worth it in a near future, that is why we receive tokens
I think this kind of thing looks good. Paying bounty hunters with ETH will certainly reduce the risk of decline when ico coins have entered the market. Maybe this will reduce the risk of the investors because usually bounty hunters who cause the price to be low of ico prices. Sorry if I'm wrong, that's just my opinion.
It is better for bounty hunters, but not good for ICO team, since they need to share free money, which they can use for project development.
You can sell your tokens immediately after entering the exchange and buy Ethereum on them. This has its pros and cons, but I see in the payments in the tokens of the project more pros.
Most times bounty hunters are the reason of dumping the price of a token, therefore paying in Ether could be a fair solution for both parties, but most projects won't do that for many reasons. I know one project that paid Ether for bounty participants which is CrowdMachine.
Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Giving rewards in Bitcoin for all those bounty participants is still a good thing but when the Ethereum come out and realising new system and many opportunities i think ETH is better to be paid in ICO's or bounty campaign and i think it is more valuable than other coins.
Organizers collect money for the realization of their project. Why give away some of the money? The usual practice is to pay in coins.
Bounty hunters should be paid that's all, now around 80% of project don't pay even tokens, and if its signature for half year, then its super depressing.
It would certainly be easier for participant. But, it is more profitable and less risky for ICO team to pay using their tokens. When people change it into ETH, it gets more valuable.
At the moment, developers pay bounties not money, but "candy wrappers" as it is convenient. If the payment begins in the etherium, then the scam projects can be immediately calculated (and it is not profitable for them)
Getting with ETH is good but still I like the coin from the ICO because it has a potential to have more value in the future just be vigilant on choosing a bounty campaign to keep away from scam ICO.

There are indeed some project which have paid in Eth their bounty hunters, and even more in BTC. But usually it's understandable that they would pay instead with their own tokens, and after all bounty hunters should ideally advertise only the projects they like and/or believe in - in which case it's good to be paid with their tokens.
Not necessarily the prize hunters paid with ETH is better than being paid with the ICO tokens. Sometimes in bounty payments, it may be that the type of payment we've seen with the ICO tokens can be more profitable than ETH, if the ICO token can exceed the price of ICO.
What if then the case is the other way around? Most tokens value after ICO is far from it's sale price and most bounty participants are left with shitty tokens. I think it would be nice to have a separate bounty like a vip kind which only allows a few number of quality participants and then they get paid with eth.

I agree somewhat, but there is no guaranyee, that your project will go anywhere, and you could take 50 to $ 100 per week or potentially make thousands in one week, if you hold long enough ...

actually i'm glad if i get the promised token amount from bountys which belong to me ;-). i also try to enter just promising projects (in my opinion), so for me it's not necessary to get ether instead of the token, because i prefer the token.
There are alot of campaign right know in the future it will still pump a little. It is really better to buy now wand save them all once th bull rank emerge.
i personally don't think being paid by ETH is a good choice, first of all, Bounty hunters just work for ICOs to promote the ICO, and the amount of money funded by BTC or ETH,... should only be used to develop the project, not paying bounty hunters, keeping the investment safe from selling panicly and i believe using ICO's token to pay for bounty hunters can help us to promote the token more and more in the future.
