That is good if we will recieve reward as already a Ethereum or ETH and not another token or crypto currency but right now im already satisfied from what im earning in some ICO that i participated and i do enjoy to recieve different coins and collect it and keep it for a long time till have its good price on the market to gain some profit on it.
If I am in a bear market, I prefer to accept Ethereum's payment, but if in a bull market, I think that perhaps altcoins or tokens will be more profitable, because in the bull market, the increase of altcoins will be much greater than that of Ethereum.
Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

which obviously we should be very grateful for the free token that is given to us at this time. and certainly very good for hunters. Some generosity funds are too large to be distributed in its ICO project. If they get paid with ETH, then I think their token will not sell in the market.

Yes, this would have been very fantastic, but another point to consider while they might not pay bounty hunters in Eth will be that they also want a big community, in reality, some hunters will eventually become part of the team of holders or traders of the bounty token when they see how professional and how viable the tokens are, which is good for the project. But should the project fails, then hunters would have worked for nothing.

Good idea to pay the hunters with eth weekly instead after the ICO finished. This will avoid scams that could be done by the developers.
It depends on whether or not you trust the bounty you are involved in. Before we participate in a bounty campaign, we usually choose what we consider to be a credible project. Therefore, I prefer to take risks together with the ICO I choose. If they succeed, I will gain more benefits.
I think that's a good idea, because on average after bounty hunter receives a token, the price of the coin will drop for some time, but it's also difficult for dev because they have to spend money or ETH which if paid in the form of tokens they do not need to spend again.
I think that this idea is not very good, because the idea is that the project involves those people who believe in the future of the project and they have the opportunity to get tokens without investing their money! From the point of view of bounty hunters, it would probably be better to be rewarded for participating in the generosity campaigns of the ICO in ethereum. True, some, however, would be inclined to get released tokens. I think that the best solution to this issue would be to give the right to choose the payment for their work at the discretion of the participants in the ICO generosity campaign and, in the form when they join the campaign in a full form, grant the right to indicate what they want to receive a token or ethereum. Doing that will provoke many investors, If i am an investors and you are telling you will use my money to pay bounty, I won't be happy with it, they stop paying with eth since the projects stop putting high caps on their ico, So as a bounty hunter, you should always look for good project to do the bounty.

If paid by ETH is great, I think that to save money and promote my coin better, ICO projects paying for the bounty hunter with their token are quite reasonable.

Someone may be interested in tokens, and someone needs ETH. However, in fact, paying in ETH would cause considerable interest of bounty hunters to ICO projects. But also you are participating in an ICO's bounty so why should they pay you in ETH instead of their own tokens which you advertised? In this case, the ICO team will have to set the limit of the number of participants in the generosity campaign, since a hard limit will already be established in the ETH and an increase in the number of participants in the generosity campaign will sometimes result in overspending of the allocated funds. If you don't believe in the project you shouldn't join their bounty campaign. ETH payment likely to be a double edged sword.
I am against payments in ethereum.If I get paid with tokens that produce projects, then the chances of earning much more.They can often give you x right away.
I really agree with you because with payment tokens we can receive more income when the coin rises far above ico price, so I also refuse payment by ethereum 
I support bounty hunters been paid in ether. When this mode of payment is encouraged by bounty manager and Team buy into it, we will see a lots of development and stability in cryptocurrency market. The dumpers and Penny chasers would have been taking care of.

It would just ruin the whole idea of bounty and turn it into a regular job. The best thing in bounties is that you can support the project that you really like and get thier tokens without investement. If you don't think that these coins would be worth a lot, then why do you participate in their bounty? You'd better find some real job paid in fiat, that way you can work for a company even if you don't believe in it, but just want to earn. But bounties are different.
I like your way of thinking. We do bounties, not just for getting paid right now, we do bounties for getting paid in tokens or coins which we believe that will worth more than ETH value of that particular job.
in fact, the answer to this problem may vary according to the market situation. some times the price of ethereum is very low and it is not possible for investors to benefit from paying these times. in such cases the bounty token must be paid.
I prefer to receive the the token of the Project as this confer on me a stake holder in the project, Imagine the project succeeding beyond expectation, you earn profit along with the investors but if what you are paid with ETH you wait until ETH moon.
