I don't think bounty hunters should be aid in eth because not all of the token gotten from a project has the same value with that of eth and this might lead to a loss for the teams and the management.

Well, I don't think any ico will give away ETH, because it cost them money or from their own fund, which they will not able to do. If the company had money they wouldn't do ICO in the first place.

Don't expect that marketers of their own specific product would give you fiat cash instead of their own product for free sampling. Let's assume it like there is a free sampling of soup, they could've just given me cashthat is equal to the product they're promoting at for me to be convinced to buy from them which I know that they doubt that I will use it to buy from them. Just like in airdops, put it in that "free sampling situation". Why would they give you tokens instead of ETH? Does it make sense, OP?That would be very good, but I don't think that many projects will accept this. We already have such projects but these are too few and we need more. That would definitely make a bounty better.

It's very good for bounty hunters if it happens but of course they want to use their own token i mean they want people to exchange their token and if they pay ETH to hunters then the reward will reduce for bounty hunters

Users many times don't get the stakes or these are quite low, I guess that bounty is not really something to make a continuous source of income.

It may be very pleasing when getting the payment with ETH for bounty hunter. Actually, it may give some benefits for the bounty hunters and especially the investors. For, the investors will not get the dumb price because of the willing from bounty hunters to sell away their coins after listing. But, I'm sure that the developer has their consideration of it.

I agree with you but no one will accept that easily. Paying with tokens so easy and money saver. They're creating a free way of advertising with some tokens. They don't easily accept paying with ETH or something else.

I completely agree. At least part of the earned funds must be paid to ETH or BTC.Coins of projects can not enter the market for a long time.

Of course you are right, for hunters it is very cool, but for the ICO company it is not profitable. Because they hope for speculation, with their coin, without reference to the Ethereum, when they come to the exchange. Almost 85% of the coins when entering the memory exchange raise and lower the price. It's intentional.
