Well, in time, you dont need a wallet sync tonget your address, Just click in receive coins and copy your address.

To solve your other problem, try follow this steps again.
Press start button on windows, and type %app.
Open folder and go to roaming.
Find icobid folder, and save a notepad there.
Notepad: type addnode=95.211.57.108 - save as all files and name it icobid.conf

This will work, try again pls!
