Hello, that is true - launch was initially scheduled to start on March 1, 2018, however there are certain things that are causing delays. Our dev team has been forced to push the opening date, and at this point they have all the power. After all, we need to make sure everything is working properly when we open.
We won't be updating the timer any more. Instead, we will switch to a new website and a new customer dashboard this week. Both are ready and waiting for the rollout.
Finally, we are maintaining communication with our community, explaining things and answering questions.

We expect to start trading within the next 7-10 days.

You are promising since march 01 that public testing or trading will start in 2-3 days (you have said it 4 times already via mail)!
The timer is stopped since 3!!! Weeks and not even a statement on website!

We have started a closed beta test a couple of days ago. We are now getting ready to invite all of our beta testers (2000 people) to test the exchange further.
After that step is done, public testing will be announced.
