Pre-launch Over, Beta to Begin
We are approaching the end of our pre-launch and moving on to start beta testing.
We have been collecting applications from the UPcoin beta testers and have received couple of thousand requests. The testing process will be organized in several rounds: first 1000 requests will join us for Round 1, next 1000 users will join us for Round 2 and another 1000 users will help us during Round 3.
To give you a better understanding of what Round you will be invited for beta, please take a look at this date breakdown:
1) Round 1: applications collected from Jan 12, 2018 to Jan 23, 2018
2) Round 2: applications collected from Jan 23, 2018 to Jan 26, 2018
3) Round 3: applications collected from Jan 26 until all slots are filled (registrations are open as of time this post is being written)
Participants for every Round will receive a special invitation, a link to access beta and detailed instruction on testing procedures.

What happens next?
Our team has been testing UPcoin internally to make sure all rounds of beta go smoothly. Based on results of this internal test, we will be launching Round 1 on Tuesday Feb 5, 2018 at 10:00 GMT. We have updated our website time to reflect that change.
Prior to that, we would like to give you a sneak peek at how our system works. We've recorded a live demo and would like to share it with you:

Quick question on the referral fee's, so for example you have 28 qualified referrals and Partner level, but fail to hit 30. Do you receive the fees generated by just the first 10 or all 28 active users
You get the fees generated by all your active users.
I have been referring users, but there is no incentive now that the $500 bonus is gone and the main exchange isn't opening until 1 March!
Unfortunately this program has been discontinued and it's true users have far smaller incentive to join now. Still, they are strongly encouraged to do so since there is important news that's going to be released around mid-February to March.

I have applied to beta test the platform. to offer my time.. I've just been signed off work with a brain contusion so I'll be sat at home all day every day for the foreseeable future... looking forwards to doing something worthwhile.

Per guidelines received from security auditors, exchanges get hacked via social engineering. For this reason information about the dev team is not disclosed to the public.
We will, however disclose information about our legal entity. Registration is planned to take place in Q2, 2018.
The company is currently choosing a jurisdiction with a favorable regulation of cryptos. European jurisdiction is most like to be chosen for registration.
