well I'm a hodler and I always keep my bounties in original shape Cheesy

I think this is the strategy that is going to pay off mostly in the long term

As for me, I also do not like to sell the bounty tokens just after distribution since the price is sure to be low. I just want to see if I can choose the project with great potential so I will do deep research before joining in any bounty campaign.

I am a newbie to bounty campaign, I just joined in the signature bounty campaign of the SpectiveVR ICO project, I think I will hold the bounty tokens for a long time if I can get some.
Your account rank is the full member. Why are you saying that you are a newbie?

Spectiv is a very good project, I also participated in Spectiv because I'm sure this project will be successful.

Yeah sounds like a good opportunity but have you thought of the period of time that you invest may turn your world upside down! Wha if the bounty program does not reach the success of product development. I'm pretty sure you will not even get the price for which you initially were offered the rewards. That's really risky to wait for something which will is underdeveloped. You get free rewards that's completely acceptable but when that entity fails then what's the use reallly.

It may be possible for spammer bounty hunters but there is also a risk that you will have tokens worth nothing after years.

That is right, ICO project is a high risk and high payback investment, the bounty tokens are the same, and I think most of the tokens will be zero after a few years and only a few will be great success.

Most are dumping it just when they see the price is good enough, waiting will result to loss instead because just when bounties are released the massive trading volume will be unleashed too and price will dip before it goes up. Before it goes down, hunters had already dump. Its all up to them whether they'd buy back.

Some people just participate in the bounties and wait for few years. they don't sell their bounty rewards for low fiat reward. Ironically those people become FIAT millionaires. Cheesy
Thx for bounties! Good jewelry.

why claims the bounty altcoin? you can hold any coin for a long time, if the project proved to be success, you will gain great profit compare the money you buy the coin, its only for you

That's actually wise for them. However, most of the bounty hunters are not doing that. By the time they receive their pay, they immediately dump them wherever the tokens are accepted for exchanges. They do not have the patience to hold their bounties and wait for quite a while for their tokens to accumulate value.
so true. Usually bounty hunter after receiving the payment they do not care about the price of the coin, Whereas the coin actually has a good future.

But they do not care about it.
Not everyone survives for long. They immediately sell it cheaply. They are not too sorry because it is a gift. Unless they know that the coins they hold will enter a large exchanger like Bittrex or poloniex. They will wait for him.

I have a lot of experience from the bounty so far. Sometimes the results of the bounty unexpected. I've been through Some failed projects, but also many successful projects.
bounty hunter only the loss of time when the project failed, but so far the results are really amazing. I also hold the result of the bounty when I think this project is great.

Not all this is true, Your kept bounty only gains value if the project becomes succesfull and recent trends indicate this is not the case, so the safest way to gain some penny from this bounties you spent so much time on, is to sell them, the moment there is value for it. Millionaire by keeping bounties, i havent heard that yet.

Do you think bounty money is easy to get in the first place? You need to consider if the project fails, you receive nothing! Also, if you have many people on the campaign, you stakes and reward also diminish.

I think to cash out immediately to receive fiat, it is not the best option. Why not wait and see if the token gets value in the future.

Yes this is true but a lot of bounty hunters are selling their bounty rewards right after the ICO because they need the money. I only know a few who saves their bounty reward and hopefully they will be millionaires few years from now from holding those coins and tokens.

This makes me want to bring up the question of: How long are you guys willing to hold the bountiful bounties?

Maybe I'll hold mine for the mean time and when I see the market's price is good and enough for me I'll sell it. But I still choose what should I hold for long and short term.

Some coins are so hopeless that if you decide to hodl them long term, you would be sitting on a pile of poo. Most times the best strategy is to cash in as soon as possible.

Thats right. Cash it in once you got a hopeless coin and turn it into bitcoin. ITs always bitcoin that matters. If you own the tokens on the top 20 of the coinmarketcap, that would be a plus for you to keep. Other than those, sell them for BTC.

Agree there are more of the bounty hunters sale their coin when they see that it's listed in exchange and do not wait for that long, we cannot blame them because there are time that they  need their money immediately, but they are wasting the opportunity too earn more .
