Some people just participate in the bounties and wait for few years. they don't sell their bounty rewards for low fiat reward. Ironically those people become FIAT millionaires. Cheesy
Thx for bounties! Good jewelry.

can you suggest some ICOs which offer a bounty reward?

Many spend hours posting on reddit, slack and twitter for bounties. Yet don't realise its only earning pennies for hours of work. Translations are decent paying and some sig campaigns, that's about it.

Only thing I find disappointing with some ICOs is the amount they pay in bounties. Monetha is a good example, some people had about $1,500 worth of coins from bounties for the signature campaign. After investing $500 of my own money, it does make me think are they really worth that much if they're willing to just give so much away for an avatar campaign.

Maybe I won't feel that way when I'm eligible in a few months time but for now it's a sting.

Bounties are a pain.  As soon as the bounty participants get their tokens, they dump them on the exchanges dragging the price down for the rest of us.

My strategy is simple:  If they offer bounties, they are a shitcoin to be avoided.

I feel you lol. the value depreciates though specially when a token is listed on the exchange because some of the investors are just going to dump for bonus profit. So eventually the $1500 worth of monetha will just be worth $800 in less than a week. Bounty hunters can't dump it because the bounties are going to be distributed weeks after the ICO.

Its not easy to choose a true, reliable project and campaign through many of them to be a participant and earn good bounty money. But if you win this lottery and get your bounty rewards, it is better to exchange it in correct time instead of keeping long time.

The thing is, would you keep holding if you had a coin that had x10 profit? I know most here would take those profits in a heartbeat, lol

People who joined to crypto world a few years ago are very lucky. And most of them are millioner already. Think if you just joined ethereum or xem bounty program and didnt touch the tokens. Can you believe you could buy even an island with that tokens.  Cheesy

Most of the bounty money will become zero in long term. Don't hold them for years, most of the projects are fake.
If the project is good enough to invest you can hold their bounty too. %99 of the market is full of scam and copy coins.

I think, if you have some time, bounty is good way to invest your time and expertise directly into the project which you consider hopeful..

Yea, the hardest thing is to hold coins for a 1-2 years and don't sell Smiley But if project has a potencial -  it might do skyrocket in future.

I treat any bounty rewards as if I bought them. Which means I usually hold
I have the same sentiment as you. We put effort and allocate time to complete task on bounty campaigns to receive their coins which is equivalent to salary to our task. I don't dump them the moment it hits the exchanges. It destroys the potential of the coin if we dump it right after we receive them.
That's the problem. Many people simply do not believe in the project and for them it's just a few extra BTC, a project is not able to turn the market. Because of this, many don't want to buy tokens on ICO hoping to buy them cheaper in the market after the issuance of bounty and a good ico not achieve a minimal cover Sad

I do not think all the coins that are held for the future will be good, because in fact only a few coins can survive and rise in the future, and the rest have no hope and potential to bounce back
That's why you need to watch always your bought coin and sell if needed if you see there are no potential in that coin there is no reason for holding it.
