it's not a new cases, silent notary don't paid bounty reward or maybe just paid a few bounty hunter only, check back November 2017 Ann post, we ask them resolve the issue and they still don't paid our reward, we've have doing all the requirement, send our eth address to them, finally ... ignored us ... same as tokenpay company
Why was there no payment?
Even I havent received bounty payment, contacted OP many times but no response from him till now
So sad to say that i was joining this bounty in my facebook and twitter i did not recieve the payment just follow all the intruction but still i did not recieve my bounty payment.
So, another scam?

OMG I follow the instruction but I did not received the reward bounty, I saw my ether wallet in the list of reward, myether deducted fees on my balance ,, why you make it hard for as to claim why not sendng to our wallet???

I decided to do this since I saw several members posting that they still haven't claimed their coins and there's still no clear step by step instructions. The given one might be unclear to those first timers to use the contract.
Note: This is for MEW users.
STEP 1: Go to www.myetherwallet.com
STEP 2: Click Contracts tab
STEP 3: Put the Contract Address and ABI given by @Sythyn HERE in their correct place in MEW then Click ACCESS
1) To add to the wallet address of the contract bounty:
STEP 4: Click "Select a Function" and choose "claimReward"
STEP 5: Unlock your wallet in anyway you prefer then click WRITE
STEP 6: In my case, Amount to Send ( 0 ) --- and --- the default Gas Limit ( 140650 ) [I edited the image to show how it looks like when I claimed]
NOTE: As far as I know it won't be a success if your Gas limit is -1 . You should put enough Gas, you're able to edit that Gas Limit
STEP 7: Click Generate Transaction
STEP 8: You'll see another pop up page. Confirm that you're sure of making the transaction.
NOTE: You should have eth in your wallet to pay for the fee

Unfortunately I'm too late to follow those steps, I wonder where the exchangers are receiving Silent Notary?
I just missed claim. Why is smart contract open only 13 days? I have "TxReceipt Status Fail" First, they did no announcements long time and announce that everyone has to send email and many people didn't get in spreadsheet. I send email and was in spreadsheet and thought they will send bounties according spreadsheet, but now I see they announced, that who is on spreadsheet has to claim reward through smart contract during 13 days and more people missed that. This is almost scam!
