When payment will be made ?

So we decided:
1) To include latecomers in the calculation of the bounty (but they will not be able to challenge the settlement)
2) To consider the objections of those who provided their calculations
3) Starting from 20th 0-UTC any objections and comments will not be accepted

I agree that this is a scam. There were a lot of tweets but they did not want to pay and they again collected money.

Let me guess, the ICO went poorly so most of the people for bounty aren't getting paid, including translators. For those that did a translation, here is a tip: in your translation topic make a notice of this by either editing your translation post or adding a post about it to it. Make sure with what kind of people they are dealing with. Also throwing some negative trust towards their hero member accounts will help as well since they withheld payment to some.
I'm new to crypto, but after seeing tons of people getting used like this left and right, I'm not sure I'll join any bounties after getting a member status. From the looks of it is you do the work for them and then instead of paying you they then turn you into a begger to beg for them to pay you what they owe you for your effort. Now I understand why China banned ICO, then South-Korea and then Russia. With the way things are going I hope every country follows suit.
