In other words, they only paid a few people so it doesn't look like a complete scam. So they can say it was a mistake etc when confronted with it. When they told you to mail and then did not react to anyone that mailed, from there it was obvious what was going on.

And according to them they have no obligations to you:

same here , did translate the dutch thread , but i dont see my adres between the list , at the spreadsheet what you mentioned at the translator tab i was ( my name) in it ....

Someone may give us suggestions about bounty manager ignored our email , bounty thread post and pm , and don't reply anything to me, what should I do now , report to silentnotary team or bitcointalk mod if finally don't list my address and give me my reward ? ... or any other solution ?

The ignoring part is the worst no one even explain why a lot of addresses will not be paid ! I have my address calculated with 16% from the translation bounty and I have screenshot for it ( they think by removing the spreadsheet it will go away!!) and yet my address is not listed , I do not understand how they will start a new ICO without solving this issue , A scam accusation might be the logical next move .

PS: I even sent my email 1st of October so I probably was one of first to send . And I have uploaded a prove above .
