I haven't seen the campaign manager for couple of days already, no instruction on how to claim the bounty someone else provided us what to do and no go signal if we can remove our signature. They should start communicating with us before people gets wild.
I think there was already an instruction on how to claim the bounty, you just have to fill up the form. However, you are correct that there is no announcement yet whether you are free to remove signatures yet, maybe they are still in the process of counting posts.

Congrats Change team for the success of your ICO, we will just wait for further announcement of the token distribution and removing of signature codes.

Still there is no announcement about signature removing from the campaign manager, I think the campaign manager is doing spreadsheet updating so finished will get information about signature removing.

Google form can't be filled without logging in. I don't use Google mail, I use other service. Change should "change" address collecting method.

Why don't you just collect our ETH addresses by PM? Everybody can fake that google doc.
I was thinking that as well, but what would anyone have to gain from that? I'm sure they check whether the email and profile match, and if there are irregularities like two people claiming to be the same person, the devs will ask for more proof (that's how I would operate)

Dev needs to communicate through this forum also...seems like right after ICO they are just bailing on all of us...we are not important enough anymore to answer our questions.. they got what they wanted from us

Dev from telegram says that we may remove signature and They`ve already done the counting. They are now conducting a thorough check on bot / fraudulent accounts.
