They are to be reserved for unplanned events and the unexpected number of people that joins. The coins remaining after the bounty hunter program will be contributed into the fund of Roburst Network Commnunity.

I find that 21,000,000 tokens are not fully distributed among different campaigns. There are over 14,000,000 tokens remaining.
Can I know why they are not part of the bounty?
