I think that you should define clearly for bounty hunters that when a week starts and when it ends (Week X - MM/DD/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY) so that they can easily submit their works.

The report must be done at weekend. Today, we will send payment to all the bounty hunter who have joined and done the work. As it is the first week, we will not require hunters to post the report. But in the future, we require one report per week for staying in the campaign.
