I can say that Khan should retire now.
Agree, he won't be able to attract viewers because he loses in this fight, and since it's a TKO, that's worse because it's very convincing. Now, Kell brook has a chance to fight champions or probably a boxer like Keith Thurman, what do you think?
At this point, I think he is already done, he is already 35 years and old and he is not anymore as exciting as he was before. It's just unfortunate that his possible last fight in boxing is a loss, well most boxers do retire when they are already losing because they would also lose their value, only a few retired being undefeated, just like Floyd Mayweather.

I guess, this will gonna be an exciting fight! Amir Khan and Kell Brook are both good fighters and im sure its going to be a competitive fight for both of them.Brook is looking strong and confident. And obviously he is planning to take the fight against Khan. Although Khan has a weaker chin but he has a strong and speedy hands which Brook dont have. And maybe he has also a high chance to win against Brook. But anyway whoever wins the fight, goodluck for the both warriors. May the best man win..
I'm expecting the same,  both are veteran and they have nothing to lose because they are not anymore on their prime. All they have to do here is to give the fans the best entertainment and they'll certainly make a lot of money, and the winner will surely get good contract in the future.

This fight will be 3 days from now, have anyone put their bets already?

I'm guessing, this would not be a boring fight, and I believe that Amir Khan will not play safe and willing to risk his glass chin to look for a KO. I really like these two warriors, they seem to be fighting for the consolation price only but they are still willing to give the fans entertainment.
Kell Brook had won the fight against Amir Khan via technical knock out.

A video highlight like some videos uploaded on youtube is better to watch than reading the story. And yes, Kell Brook won the fight, the bookies were right of making Kell Brook the favorite of the fight because he completely dominate Amir Khan, I can say that Khan should retire now.

I also think that this is just one and done fight for Brook, no need to challenge a relative unknown fighter i n Eubank Jr, although he has his father name, which is also etch in British boxing.

He should retire for good, he has settled the long standing feud with Amir Khan.

Amir said post interview that the love for the sports is no longer there, so I will interpret it that he is hanging up his gloves and this will be his last fight.

Yeah, for no we've seen Khan's career he has his best years winning belt but then totally exposed by his weak chin. But he has accomplished many things for British boxing, including a sliver medal in the Olympics. At this time though, it's obvious that there is no fire inside of him, he is still very fast, but against a young and upcoming 147 lbs fighters, he will surely get clipped again, so its better for him to retire from boxing.

that was 17 years in the making between khan and brook. so respect to both boxers! so yeah, seems that khan is already retiring from boxing according to this article . not bad to end his career with a loss. at least, he's in good shape rather than received a long-term damage like neurological diseases. enjoy his retirement with his family and that's more important than anything. no need to chase for the legacy of winning the last fight.

Brook is really sharp and dominate all the rounds, matured Brook can still win via TKO! he still have his power and stamina in the past. Nothing change from Khan, I thought his training can make him improve a lot... but his chin still weak and easy to knocking down him. I think with the current Brook's performance he can challenge Erislandy Lara to grab WBA belt.

Khan always has a weak chin and i think nothing can change that aspect, i mean no amount of training can improve his chin.

The quickness of his hands worked to his disadvantage, it zapped his energy as he didn't hit something  Grin.

Though Brook won this fight i think he is still far from challenging the champions of this weight class.

Congratulations for anyone who bet Brook via KO/TKO, I lose due to bet Brook via decisions Grin

Same here, lose my bet as i thought Brook can't KO Khan but seems Khan is tailored fit for Brook's style.

Congrats to those who won and backed Brook on this one.

Khan admits his loss and is very disappointed with how the fight turned out even a great camp cannot help him to figure out how to beat Brook, Brook can still go back to active boxing because of how he performed here's an interview with Khan and he admitted that the love for the sport is not there anymore, so this is his last fight so bad it end this way.

It was great sportsmanship from Amir Khan admitting his loss and declaring Brook the best in the ring. Despite best training he couldn't get it. As far as calling it a day is concerned, I think after losing fight many boxers feels like saying good bye to sports but once they go back and think with cool mind they take back there words. He is just 35 years old and he can still fight for 2 to 3 years.

Nah he should not, he should protect his legacy he has done a lot and his body could not take anymore he has suffered a lot of bad losses and those knocked out he suffered was brutal, he still has a place in the boxing world as a trainer or as a commentator, based on that interview his body and mind is no longer there, he should just enjoy his retirement and time with his family he is financially secured already.

The fight was too early in my timezone so I was not able to watch the fight, but thanks for giving me such information, now I know who won the fight and I will just watch some video highlights on youtube. I was thinking that Khan would somehow give a good fight, but as I read your post, I think fans are disappointed.

Brook is the favorite to win the fight and he delivers nowhere to go for Khan but to retire, it's a second straight loss for Khan, Brook is the hungry fighter and motivated fighter in this fight always chasing and always connecting with his punches, there's a huge disparity of punches Brook really overwhelmed Khan here, it's a one-sided match and I thought Khan will give Brook a hard win.

It's really a ticket for retirement for Khan since he is already weakened throughout this year and it seems like he will be back in the boxing industry but as a commentator or a trainer. He has had some great career in the past but everything comes to an end including his skills and stamina as a boxer. Nevertheless, it was a good fight and hope to see Brook in another match with another great boxer Congratulations to him for winning this fight.

It's over now, Kell Brook beats Khan when the referee stop the fight at 6th rounds. There was no resistance from Khan, yes he still has quick hands, but once Brook gets going and started to hit Khan, Amir's body language has change. I gave all the rounds to Kell Brook prior to the stoppage of the referee.

It's just a matter of time before Brook found that perfect opening and then knock the hell of out Khan, so good intervention by the referee to stop it. And you can see that there are no objection from Khan and his corner because they know that they are really down on scorecard and Amir is getting weaker by every round. Congrats to those who beat on Brook the votes shows the intelligent of boxing community here as the vote is like 2:1 for Brook to win.

The bookies are right this time. And possibly next for Brook is Chris Eubank Jr, as he mentioned it. The good thing about this is that they respect each other and Khan accepted the defeat gracefully. I believe he knows what's next for him after this fight. But for Kell Brook, he has still a lot to give inside the ring. He knows that he is a prizefighter now. So let's see what's next for Brook.

I think Brook still has something within him, he can still fight and yeah, why not Eubank Jr next for him?
And this is what a prize fighter is made of, at the end of the time, all things said and done, there are mutual respect between Amir and Kell. For Khan probably will retire after this fight, nothing to prove anymore at 147 lbs. He earn his money and could live a lavish lifestyle in UK.

we will see if they still have something to offer to the boxing fans. if they can perform well inside the ring, why not more fights, right? promoters can see if their boxer can still entice audience. that's one of the factors how promoters will pay you in a fight. as long as they can juice you out from your fights, they will.
i have the feeling that this fight is also the determining factor if amir khan will finally hang his gloves or not.

If Amir Khan is totally dominated or knocked out he has no way but out, but we all know that he is coming from a bad loss so he will try to regain his reputation by putting up a gallant fight, losing is a bad way to make an exit but many boxers have to experience this to finally realized that they don't have it anymore, this fight will decide if any one of them does not have it anymore.
