In a business perspective, this is excellent for both fighters given that the undefeated fighter and some Youtube Star will garner millions of views from around the world. But in a boxing perspective, maybe this fight would be relatively boring in a way that Mayweather will again, play by the rules and by the points. Nevertheless, I look forward in this fight but I do not expect anything explosive that will happen in the following rounds.

Is anyone even considering the possibility of a win by Logan Paul? Or do you guys think that there is not even a 0.0001% chance of that happening? Floyd Mayweather retired from professional boxing many years ago and he is no longer training regularly. So I would assume that there is a remote chance that Paul may land some of his shots on the right position.... well.. even for me it sounds ridiculous.. If Paul manages to beat Mayweather, it will be the greatest boxing upset of all time.
It never came to my mind that Logan Paul will win this match.

Retired boxers are still continuously training because it's already part of their lives. And Floyd has said to be coming out of his retirement because of reasons like this.

There's really a chance that Logan can win through a very lucky throw punch.

Nah, Floyd will play this match by the points and just try his best to avoid those punches. He knows this too well that Logan is undeniably larger than him, that is why he will safe in this match.

I never knew that Logan Paul had been doing boxing. This match is just all for the money,  and even without looking at the stats of each boxer this is clearly not a match worth watching. This will not make hype in a boxing scene even if it's Floyd who is already retired. I just hope Floyd will have some beneficiary for his exhibition matches.

It never came to my mind that Logan Paul will win this match.

There is no guarantee that Floyd Mayweather will win this match. Perhaps he is having a 99% probability, but then we need to remember that 99% is not always equal to 100%. Similar upsets have happened in the past. Let's not forget the fact that Mayweather is no longer in his prime. He is one of the best boxers in the recorded history, but he is almost 44 years of age and there is a small chance that he may commit some mistake on 20th February.

Logan Paul has the slimmest chance to win this match. You can't be a pro boxer overnight even if you train your ass out for a month or maybe even a year. He may be at his prime, but Floyd still is a pro boxer who I think continuously trains out of a habit.

Weigh difference, reach, height, stamina… You are comparing like they both are professional boxers. But one is a super professional, other...just played football at school and goes to the gym Cheesy
Take a look on Logans fight against other youtube. Hands down, heavy breathing. And that was just a second round https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXEuyc_Kxrk
Logan and Jake Paul are aiming to be professionals, when you played some sports in school that does mean that you have some athletic background. I am not against anyone here, I am just laying down the practical stats for everyone to consider, yes Mayweather may win but don't you want to know how he can win and how he can lose to this chode?

~
Logan Paul should have to prepare for this fight of course he was looking for a favor in him to become a winner but also to prepare hinself in the possibilities of injured or early knock out while in game. But for sure a lot of bettors will still choose Mayweather over him.
I think that this is given, every boxer or fighter at that should prepare for any upcoming match. A fighter that is unprepared is as good as a loser in a match.

Odds for Logan Paul is very attractive if you guys believe he has a shot in winning here.
Your 100 usd will get $1200 in return, though that was really attractive but think about the winning chance of Logan Paul here.

Being tall or big does not say the real chance, it's the skills and Mayweather has it.
There is a reason for the odds of Logan Paul is attractive, a boxer who is considered as the best defensive boxer of all time and a amateur boxer who has fame because of social media has no chance to defeat Mayweather because of his class as a fighter but i understand everyone who purchases this PPV card wants to see Mayweather getting defeated.

There are still people who thinks that way.

Belieiving that some luck will comes their way and allow them to win such a huge odds. Though it's really slim and reality still dictates
that Mayweather is more concern with his reputations and pride, he will continue using his skills and advantages against Logan.

Can I bet on the draw because thats so unlikely I might get good odds for something unpredictable but more likely in an exhibition match then any proper belt fight.      Its basically reality star vs retired pro boxer who may be up to form or might not even have to be to win.   I agree Logan has in theory some possible advantage but thats quickly diminished by skill and greater experience.

I'm reluctant on the odds on having a draw but it might possibly happen if they just made the fight for money and finish the rounds up to 12. Ending with 12 rounds usually usually comes with this kind of bouts that focuses on earning rather than entertainment perse.

If there are chances, I would put this around 60/40 in favor of Mayweather.
That's too high for Logan Paul, I think the chance is just 90/10, but that is your own opinion, I respect that. If only i can see that kind of odds in the bookies, I would definitely go for Mayweather, I'll be betting heavily as that is a big gift.

Exhibition match only.

+1200 is terrible.  His odds should be +50000 or something like that lol.  He doesn't even have a 100-1 chance to beat mayweather.  Just to give an idea of that here are some NBA finals championship winner odds:

Celtics +1300
Heat +1500
Rapters +1800

So basically saying the celtics have worse odds to win the NBA championship than an amateur you tube person does for beating one of the best boxers ever...in boxing lol.  Thats crazy.

I hate those kind of bets, what if Floyd has some slight illness on the day.

This match is ridiculous was this an official fight or just an exhibition match? there's no doubt that Mayweather will win this match I was wondering which bookies will cover these matches this could be an easy money for most of us.

Easy money? You have to consider the odds.

Are you willing to risk a big money for a 1.01 odds or something around that odds in return?

There is no easy money on that for bettors. It's only Mayweather who will get easy money there because regardless of the result, his payment is fixed.

The question is, would there any bookies would offering this so obvious kind of result? If they do then 1.01 isnt really something that people would really make out some bets.

You would be making money but this can be only felt when you are betting huge amounts.Do someone will really took up that risk? No one does.

When it comes to exhibition matches then its already expected that  this do involves big money in both sides. They dont care if this is a big mismatch
as long it can turn on some hype then that what matter most.

How much do you think Mayweather would earn, if he earned $9 millions for his last exhibition fight against Nasukawa?
I believe he would earn almost $18 Millions or more because he's using the chance of the fight to sell his T-shirt which is made with real gold print and ultra-fine fabric.
There's no specific figure on how much he really earn, but in the articles that I read, it says he earned at least $9 million, maybe there are some additional but not bigger than the purse offered to him.

This article says $12.8 million.

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-01-01/mayweather-beats-nasukawa-in-140-seconds-us9m-boxing-exhibition/10677240
That seems to be around the minimum amount would Floyd take if ever he's up for a match as he's already retired. I've read some articles that say he can earn as much as $50M-$100m per average.

Maybe after the match, he'll give a statement how much he'd take for that match.

Maybe that amount was when he was still active, because when he retired, he wasn't making that big money anymore, and the fight against Mcgregor was part of his professional record as you can see in . https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/352.. actually his last fight as a professional.
It all depend on the promoter and the venue of the fight which will also attract some private promoters but the $9Million paid to Mayweather is for fighting Tenshin only and other extra money earned is not included.
Nevertheless, i expected him to make more than the previous $9Million from this upcoming fight.

Logan Paul is ex Disney for those who dont know and now makes troll videos or light entertainment for youtube.     He now says he is a boxer which I presume is a step up in earnings so maybe he is serious about putting up the best fight he can.    As its exhibition and with these odds, considering what happened with the Tyson match its worth thinking twice I guess but I doubt I'll do anything but bet for Mayweather.

Floyd just wants to take advantage of this mix-match to make money again, he is spending a lot of fo money
Interested to know what he needs so much money for, if he is over eating, heavy drinker or other extremes and he didnt take the fight seriously its worth considering.

We're still not sure if it will be a easy money, we all thought that Mayweather can win this fight but something may changed since its just a exhibition game that they will not take too seriously , Logan Paul can improve during these time and can think of strategy to let him win.

If they are both in the same level of skills in terms of boxing for sure it will be tough for Mayweather having his opponent that much of advantage. Though experienced wise He just simply need to avoid those punch and throw some good one from him.
From what I have heard through grapevine, Logan Paul and his brother Jake Paul are both training and they seem to be serious about getting into becoming a professional boxers. So yeah, I would account for that thing in regards to the fighting chance of Paul against Mayweather. If there are chances, I would put this around 60/40 in favor of Mayweather.
Exactly ,Logan Has a Power than can break mayweather and Put on the Floor ,The Only problem of Logan is the Speed Mayweather has ,even In His Age now yet the speed is still there ,And take into account the power of Punches Floyd May release.
And for sure Floyd will never let This Younger fighter to get close to Him because Justa "Lucky Punch" and all the years he does to maintain his record will Go for nothing ,and may made Him realized that the money making style of Him is the same reason why he will be added a Loss in His entire career and take Note , IN Exhibition Fight lol.

It's all about money and popularity. The professional gap between the two is evident. Floyd has always been focused and he has had indispensable training for this sport. Logan instead is not able to resist and we all saw it. Training is a good part of the result you see on the ring. If you lack resistance, you are already missing 50% of the chance of victory.

After the success of the Tyson and Roy exhibition i expected additional of it to happen but I dont expected Mayweather to jump in really fast which shows more about him to only fight for the money. However, the event PPV packages is already put for sales on fanmio https://mayweathervsloganpauls.com/

I would like to know how can it be an easy money? Have you check the betting odds of this fight? Mayweather could win but you should risk a big amount of money in order to get a decent winning, so you are also taking a high risk betting on Mayweather due to the -3500 betting odds.

Normally I don't bet on any match, where the odds are lower than 1.10. Here it is in the 1.02-1.03 range. That means that even if I make a bet of $100 in favor of Floyd and he wins, I may get $2 as profit. And now I need to pay for the deposit and withdrawal fee, which may amount to anywhere from $5 to $10. In the end, I may end up with a loss of $3 to $8, despite winning the bet.
