Yes, it was just a bad schedule, I guess. And it seems there's no animosity or drama between the two that's why boxing fans are not into it. We all know that most of the times we wanted to see fight that has some controversy between the two.

And we haven't heard anything leading up to the promotions of the fights. Although we can argue that the supporting bouts has some good fighters in it, not enough to generate buzz, in my opinion.

@BALIK - Julio Cesar Martinez vs Jay Harris could be a good match in my opinion. JCM is a newly crowned WBC flyweight champion, one of the busiest fighter in the last two year having fought 8x during that time span. While Jay Harris is a former European and Commonwealth champion. So there could be fireworks in this fight at the belt of JCM is on the line here.

Same here, I would live to see Jessie to take the winning legacy in the future. This is very exciting to wait for that odds on how it's going ti be sooner, because we still don't know what will happen in their coming fight. Vargas is also a strong opponent, Jessie shouldn't be too confident and he must be cautious with Vargas actions during their fight.

That's true I think Mikey wants to fight Pacquiao, more than Vargas wants it, he's been telling it in some of his interviews, but it's a different story right now but I'm pretty sure that both fighters will try to get hype on their career by calling out Pacquiao, every up and coming fighters and those who want to resurrect their career will go for Pacquiao.

To be honest, I was really surprised to find that odds though in paper Mikey's record is good, however, just like you said this is welterweight territory and Mikey hasn't been tested on this waters or at least failed against the best of the division, Errol Spence Jr. And he really look so small at this division.

Either of these fighters can't bet Manny, they are too slow compared to Manny and I thinK Manny is looking to fight undefeated fighters like Spence and crawford, maybe if Garcia would win this, he can ask a rematch to spence but I think it would be the same story.
