34 years ago on November 22, 1986, Mike Tyson become youngest ever boxing heavyweight champion!
At age of 54 he is preparing to fight again this weekend in few days.
His latest short interview with Steve Bunce: https://youtu.be/iGJ5tm4uM7c

Try to watch his training on youtube you can see that he's still a beast not just on his physically but his punch still can knock out anyone.
All the training videos were impressive but the problem is those videos were a few seconds in length and you cannot understand how the condition he is in and whether he would be able to last eight rounds and my only concern is with the health of Mike Tyson even though he looks impressive in those short videos.

I don't see any significant changes on his body, he still looks beast! I'm too excited for their match I really waited for this before but they rescheduled their fight and now only 5 days to come.

Nate Robinson is one of the shortest NBA players,  he is only 5′ 9″ in height but have won 3 times in a slumdunk contest.
I did not know his exact accomplishment too but google help me wit that.

By the way, is this his first time to fight in boxing?

This set of fights is really interesting, a youtuber vs an NBA Player and two Heavy weight retired legends. The long wait is about to come I'm a little bit excited what will happen to Mike and Roy Jones do you think one of them would be knocked out?

While searching in google for fight info, found out article with Dana White. He says that knockouts are not allowed in that fight (I understood his words in that way).
May be Dana White is a fan and friend of both Mike Tyson and Roy Jones and he does not want them to be hurt and some of the fans will be having that opinion but majority of the sports fans wants crazy action and knockout.

How this is even possible? How the ref is going to control Mike and forbit him to knockout ? Cheesy Even if this is an exhibition fight, doesn't it means that they need to show what they can? Mike can knockout, while RJJ has the speed? If Mike is prohibited to KO, then ref must slow RJJ speed.
Since it is called an exhibition contest both these fighters can have a mutual dialogue on not going for the knockout punch  Cheesy. All they need to do is to entertain the crowd and before that hype the fight to the maximum so that they could earn the most money Grin.

He is not anymore active in the NBA. His last season with the NBA was 2015-2016 with the New Orleans Pelicans.

He is a high flyer, but can't do it in the ring, just want to know how he would fight though as I haven't see him had fights in the NBA.

Oh, I was not aware of it. He can still fly and punch his enemy lol, this is interesting maybe he's going to change his path to Boxing.

I've watch the youtube link didn't know that Jake Paul and Nate Robinson will be fighting as well? that's kind of surprising is Nate Robinson still active in the NBA or not anymore?

Tyson still looks scary despite of his age now.

I can't wait to see this fight, Tyson is still the favorite until now, he is now @ 1.46 while Jones Jr. is @ 2.65

With those videos regarding to his preparations it seems that he still got something that fans will really enjoyed to watch out.
He's standing the same and his dedication seems to prove something that he missed for such a long time, for sure after this
fight all those old memories will comeback to all his fans all over the world.
No one will question his enthusiasm to compete and the memories Mike Tyson provided during his illustrious career as well as Roy Jones Junior makes this an interesting fight for many boxing fans to see them compete again even for exhibition bout, but the problem is with age your body will slow down and it is not the smartest idea to come back and fight at this age as it could have an impact on their health.

It's not a problem for them, have you seen the videos? They are still fit despite of age and the promoter did a great job to lessened the number of minutes per round, I think that is the right approach to keep this fight a little safer for both of them, and in fact I assume it's already safe since this is just an exhibition fight, I believe both fighters will not consider it like a war.

That's the big question that we can only answer once the fight start.

While wea re all waiting for this fight there is big news for possible trilogy and Evander Holyfield vs Mike Tyson fight!
58 years old Holyfield was was teasing Mike few days ago, and Mike responded he will wait for fight with Roy Jones first, and then he will decide:
The fight against Evander Holyfield was the first fight everyone was thinking when we heard Mike Tyson is planning to come out of retirement to fight for an exhibition but Roy Jones Junior took that fight and the fight is nearing and it will not be an easy fight for Tyson as he was not even training for over a decade and how he will be able to fight is still a mystery and after this fight i do not think Tyson will fight again.

I am pretty hyped for that fight also. I mean of course it's a publicity gag more or less but both of them are one the list of the top 10 best boxers ever, probably even top 5.
They will also use softer gloves so that the impact of the punches isn't as heavy as it would be normally which also makes sense given the fact that they are both over 50 years old.
I am almost sure that Tyson will win, just look at the training videos from both of them on youtube. Roy jones looking good too no doubt but tyson looks like he is training for a gladiator battle.  Shocked

I'm planning to place a bet, do you think it's a good idea to bet on mike? The fight will be in few days I feel a little excited about it. That's pretty good odds by the way.
Mike Tyson is a favorite here, I think he will win and odds are showing that, but you must decide for yourself if you are willing to risk and bet on him.
Never bet more than you are willing to lose. Wink
Never go confident with these 2 fighters, yes clearly Mike Tyson is on the advantage we can all say that but never forget that Roy Jones Junior isn't just an amatuer boxer. Both holds good record and reputation, Tyson clearly is more popular but Jones isn't that easy pick for him. Odds are good for both fighters, both are worth the risk of betting for me.

There is really no way to put realistic odds on this one.  Mike was good (great early on) and Roy Jones was really good too.  But they are years off of boxing and are up there in terms of age.  I dont think I could honestly argue one way or another for this fight, just sit back watch and hope its not an epic failure.
