Bitcoin can be used by everyone, naming bitcoin is also the same. everyone can name bitcoin silver, bitcoin gold, bitcoin bronze, bitcoin platic or any name with bitcoin. No copy right of name bitcoin. Satoshi Nakamoto will charge the users of naming with " bitcoin". In fact, Where is Satoshi Nakamoto now? In the case of naming bitcoin, I don't really care about it. Bitcoin is Bitcoin. Bitcoin isn't bitcoing cash, bitcoin gold, b2x or bitcoin silver. Bitcoin should buy it and start making them rebrand.
I think coin fork became trend now, maybe bitcoin fork will happens every month in the future and it will to many clones bitcoin from fork.

i think there will be many clone of bitcoin that will launch if the fork is happen in future and i think its about free coins that we can get. we can see that now we have bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold and soon like the op said, bitcoin silver is coming. i am curious how it will be and can bitcoin silver be like the two coins before and i am wonder how much the price will it be.
I have heard more news about it recently.But when it is happening. Again Bitcoin value increases. More forks more money comes into crypto.Thats a nice thing.
I can't believe the Bitcoin gold hard fork just happened few days ago. Why they want to create the new? what actually they want? 
It seems that the demand in bitcoin is really growing so fast that developers need to focus on introducing different coin to divert the market in bitcoin, this primarily the reason why the value of bitcoin keeps increasing in the past weeks I think the supply of bitcoin now is on a struggle. Can't wait to see the next value of bitcoin in 2018.

What is bitcoin silver focussing?
I mean what innovation it has versus the real bitcoin. Bitcoin really is high priced but also has high fee for transfers which makes it a little hard to use. 
Why are we putting bitcoin in jeopardy. Something seriously must be done to curb these mindless fork of bitcoin. Look at ripple, ripple is making alliances and all, yet bitcoin is in bad light. Can you imagine the positive effect bitcoin will have on banking instead of ripple.
This will not be healthy for bitcoin to be getting this much forks, people gotta stop giving the day of light to buy fud scam coins. Everyone wants to get rich and that is what seems to be driving the crypto community. Lets stop forking bitcoin and start spooning it. I think no one else should take these forks serious any more, they are a joke like the ICO's now.
Eventually what will happen is all these forks will be worth less than a $1 and people will realize that there is only ONE bitcoin and all the others are completely unnecessary.
There are too many forking recently, I still haven't familiar with bitcoincash then bitcoingold coming and then there will be another forking soon, if I was still a newbie I think I will find another coin to invest, an update is important for coin but if it keeps on forking it will crush the market and the future of the new coin is doubtful because people only going to take advantage by taking the free coin and then dump it

Bitcoin Silver and Bitcoin Gold it is actually airdrop of a new coin which is accompanied by excitement.
I ask myself if these developers are really earning money with these HardForks, because for holders it's free money coming just by holding Bitcoins, I think this is the only case of Free Money that really exists.
I'm trying to understand about this bitcoin silver yet. I don't have any idea about this yet. I'm still relying on the different comments here. If this is for a good cause then that's amazing. Maybe it will answer the supply needed for bitcoin since demand is getting higher.
Ill try to explain it to you then. Bitcoin separation is a dumb thing to do in my opinion. This developers are trying to create new coins as of they were trying to solve the bitcoin transaction problem about its size. That is the reason why they first created the bitcoin cash and now is the bitcoin silver but I am more thinking of the different way why are they doing it

Brace myself? Just by searching bitcoin in coinmarket.com shows 8 results of bitcoin alts already ( like bitcoin plus, bitcoin red etc.) i wont be surprise if theres an upcoming bitcoin copper. Clearly this is becoming a hustle of some people, this must be why china banned icos.
