I guess there will be so much time for us to gather coins as much as we can till that big event will come. I have planned to get from exchanges and ICO by joining bounty program and investing through ICO. 2 years is long enough for us to collect BTC. I have been collecting the best coins and tokens that had been on good exchange already but I want more so I can retire as early as possible.

This is definitely surprising seeing as the chinese government seemed hell bent on making sure that cryptos were not being used by their citizens so why the sudden change of heart? Anyway it will a good thing if the chinese government legalizes ICOs soon because the chinese coming in legally means a lot of money coming into the market and the hopes of another bull is closer to being reality.

China has a huge market for bitcoin, earlier lot of Chinese were there in the crypto market, once China banned bitcoin users were reduced. Now again we have a news that ICO legalization so it could definitely create positive impact on the market.

I think china is one the country where bitcoin is very popular amount the people and you can't stop people of china from not using bitcoins and participating in ICO. Sooner or later China has to realize this and they will have to lift this Ban.

This is very difficult. The Chinese government's attitude towards virtual coins is obviously forbidden.

China has always been one of the pioneers when it comes to adapting to new and promising tech and I would not be surprised if they ended up legalizing it and then we would have a lot of chinese people dominating the ICO market because they have the backing of their government. This would be good for the market too.
