It is really important if the site doesn't filter VPN users. I came across with a site that doesn't let the player log in or register unless he/she use a VPN to register then after that the VPN is not needed to log in. In short, the gambler only use the VPN for creating an account on the site which is kind of annoying not to create an account without using a vpn.
