Well no transfers from Legacy to active today, I would say hope is quickly running away.

There was another one, another 1/270th of the total deposit.  Or about 1/400th of my total amount.

I hate to say it but it seams like they are splitting all the new deposits or the profits to everyone's account to transfer to normal BTC.

Yep, there was to mine also now. Ridiculous amount though, at this rate it will take me 13 months to recover my stuck coins.

I think for most of us it took close to 24 hours for our deposit to show up. The question now is how long until you can withdraw it?

If this site ends up being legit, I can just imagine how annoying the general public is to the devs.  I mean, less than 24 hours since they said it is going to take a while for funds to be transferred...blah blah...and people are already flipping out that things are not moving fast enough.  So, OK...I gonna give them "a while".  I'm willing to wait 1 month before I'll start drawing conclusions.  I wouldn't have put anything more than I could afford to lose to begin with.  No one had any clue if the site was legit in the first place, and no one knows any better now either.  So, if you didn't weigh the risks in the first place, it's your own stupid fault.

Now, even if this site comes back up full force, why would anyone think this site is any more trustworthy?  Think about this, they are letting everyone cry wolf.  The site goes back up and runs smooth.  People will say, "oh those paranoid people on bitcointalk were fools.  obviously, they're legit."  Then, even more people will put more coins into this thing.  They can let it run for months...even a year.  Now, they'll have more coins at their disposal.  Still, what makes anyone think they couldn't pull the crap on everyone then?

Seriously, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE SITES IS A GAMBLE.  It's a chance you SHOULD BE willing to lose.  NEVER put into anything more than you can afford to lose.

Until they can prove legitimate creds and backing of KNOWN trusted entities, be prepared to lose.  Stop the whining, use your brain, and analyze the risks you are willing to take.

Didn't read this topic I guess.

And for those who are wondering "why btc-arbs just wouldn't close the site instead of freezing the funds".. there is your answer.

Well it's more fair than saying that site is great and linking it with your affiliate link :p If someone is STILL stupid enough to use that site after you call it a scam, better try to earn some money on it too Tongue I can't blame them.

HOLY CRAP!!! A SCAM ACCUSATION!?!? I'M PULLING MY FUNDS NOW!

/sarcasm

Right, Crypto Mining Blog is a paragon of virtue and honest reporting:) All the links to btc-arbs.com in that article are affiliate links, also the two links at the end of the article to Bitcoin Trader and My Daily Coin. The author is calling btc-arbs.com a scam while trying to make affiliate commisions by referring new customers.

When you say "build their bankroll". I don't believe they are doing it just to pad their own wallets. I think they are out of money and are having to lock funds to trade with in order to pay back large interest owed.

Right, when I use that term I mean that they are growing their balances without needing to pay out the interest owed to the investors...what the actual purpose of that action is, remains to be seen. But I'd be much more comfortable if that were the case, if they'd just come out and say it. Not play these games, talking about "audits" that aren't actually being conducted and things like that.

In any case we are now locked in without earnings against our will.    The two transfers were tiny and basically it is absurd to even call them a transfer.   These guys are nothing but crooks.

I'm in agreement with sorrynn - I'm ok with it, if i get my original investment back. I also agree with you that it would be nice if they would be honest and up front with us, but they are scared of a run I think (which will happen anyway).

I really wish to believe that is really happening and I would support that as well...but I still remain to my idea: they're scam..unless otherwise proven. The proof is very simple: allow me to withdraw my btcs and see them in my wallet...then I will post something good for them, even a tiny thank ya'll guys for your support - btc arbs rullz..and all that crappy good words Smiley...until then...I am sorry, I can't do that.

I'm convinced that what they're doing is exactly what they did over the four day Easter "break." They used an excuse not to pay out any interest, and kept the profits for themselves to build their bankroll. Right now, every investor (big and small) has their "legacy" balance locked away, unable to withdraw or earn interest. Yet they have not stopped trading while they do their "accounting" (and how that's possible, I have no idea). So what they're doing is basically keeping 99% of the profits from arbitrage, paying out a tiny trickle to everyone based on what's been released from the legacy balance.

I would HOPE that what this results in is a big enough bankroll that they can pay people out...because they've got to know that when they start releasing peoples' balances, they're going to be dealing with a mass exodus.
