BTC-ARBS:

July 5th was my First and ONLY Payment.  We are going on just under 4 months now.  Can you advise when I shall see a 2nd payment?

isn't he sending a PM after a refund is made?

Nope. He'll hit you up when your refund is planned. At least that's how it worked for me.

Thank you btc-arbs ... I think you sent me something on the 24th, but I'm not sure. Please verify.

Just a guess, but I think he was one of the first to get a refund.  The first few payouts were a lot larger to a lot fewer people.  This coming from someone much further down the list.

This. My first three payments were like 1 BTC each, all of which happened in the span of one week. Then .5 and .25 every few weeks...now it's down to .05 each payment, every 5-6 weeks or so. Those of us who requested refunds the day he showed up here, willing to make repayment, were a relatively small group and payment was a lot faster. Suddenly, the list is a mile long and people demanded that he make smaller payments to more people. So here we are.

Hopefully, as the "little guys" get paid in full, those with larger amounts owed will start seeing more frequent and/or larger payments.

This answers the question.

Got another .02 yesterday. Much faster than the first refund, but still not much. I too would have the same question...why have some people received a much higher pct refund? (I am at just over 2% after 2 refunds).

same question here...
and looking forward to recieve second round  Cool

It did. My records indicate that you have now been paid back 1 btc out of your 2.45 loss.

More refunds in 5 minutes.

Why the priority in refunds? Someone that lost 2.45 BTC already has 1 BTC refunded (40%) and on the other hand you've got some people like myself that lost more than 10 BTC and only has 0,2BTC refunded (2%).

My records

It would soothe a lot of sore butts if you would be up for posting those records. I have a feeling that the spreadsheet isn't as accurate as it could be, and this would show everyone where we're at. It'd also let the Doom and Gloom types use the blockchain to verify the payouts.

Just a thought.

After packing up the house and moving, I'm finally getting things put back together...... I got a payment of .05 on October 8th. I'm trying to hunt down where this came from, I'll update the spreadsheet if I can confirm it came from btc-arbs.

On a side note: bitcoin-trader has run off with everyone's money, and now this new site: http://expertbtc.com/ has popped up..... It's my personal opinion that it's a scam and run by the exact same people that ran bitcoin-trader. Stay far away from it!

The best part is the "Rate Us" page, with links to all of the HYIP sites. Hey...why try to hide what you are, right?

0.02 received, spreadsheet updated. 0.02 received in 3 months, more than 10BTC owed. This is really bad.

It's real slow...but he's got a lot of people to pay back and the markets have been fairly stale over the last week or so...not a whole lot of opportunity for arbitrage, because volatility and volume are so low. Hopefully, he'll get a lot of the little accounts paid off and that'll leave more money for the heavier investors to be paid back. But yeah...we're going to be waiting quite a while. At least he's still paying people back and hasn't attempted to run.

Looks like bitcoin trader.biz is having some problems hopefully it is not also a scam like this was.

I'm pretty sure it was.

I think that months ago (somewhere around page 90 maybe?) I outlined a few things that a legitimate arbitrage system would not do, and they contradicted a few of those things.
I did bitcoin arbitrage as a professional source of full-time income for a while, but have let my system go dormant recently because I used that system as a demonstration to get my current day job, which is a great job. People are free to take my comments with a grain of salt if they wish; there are very few "professionals" who arbitrage, especially in bitcoin. The people who lost money here deserve much better than they've been given, and it costs me nothing to offer bits of experience and caution.

If people are actually interested in investing in arbitrage, I can update and revive my system, starting around late December and start accepting investments if the logistics can be worked out and the profit is high enough I satisfy customers. Currently, I'm the only arbitrager I know of who hasn't scammed or lost other people's money.

Don't expect 1% daily profits though, it's just not realistic. I can have very open books so people can see their money at work, and I'd post realistic profit expectations. I have nothing to hide, the math speaks for itself.
