Regarding the spreadsheet:
I suggested the creation of an open Google Docs spreadsheet and it is created by Alani123 (many thanks for that Smiley) as I don't have (and want) an gmail account myself.

I managed the spreadsheet, spent many many many hours in editting and adjusting/fixing it, adding/adjusting the formulas/formatting/etc. but now it seems to be locked as nobody is able to edit the spreadsheet. I sent an PM to Alani123 a few days ago but unfortunately I haven't received any response yet.

Like I said, if I had an gmail account I would've created the list with my own account. I myself got fully refunded but I promised to keep maintaining the list so please don't blame me Wink I did not lock it.

No Email, No PM. Cry  Patiently waiting.
I've been fully refunded for weeks and I never got an email or PM.   You just have to wait.

I suddenly received bitcoins i did not expect, and i looked at which address the transaction was received at, and apparently it's the BTC-ARBs address.

It's not the full amount yet, but it's still 0.05 bitcoin. (50 milli)

Thanks btc-arbs.

I have sent many PM messages today and more will be sent soon. These messages confirm that your request has been received and provide a time frame for when the first payments will be sent. Each email and PM takes time to verify and to input into the refund plan. If you have already sent a message there is no need to resend it. This delays the progress because of duplicates.

I have also replied to some messages asking for more information. If you are one of these users I will need the info that is requested to proceed with your refund.

A batch of refund payments will be sent in 10 minutes from now.

Thanks for the update.

Would be a little easier to wait if he'd simply send a message confirming receipt of our refund requests.

If he really is doing arbitrage to make up for the losses, at least there has been a little more volatility today. Maybe he should post some "daily results" here...   ; )

Getting really hard to be patient.  Haven't received anything.  Legacy payments were better than this.  Not knowing if his debt to me is acknowledged makes it that much worse!

I have received nothing yet. I had about 2.6 BTC invested. Im not sure if he absolutely needs the transactions associated with the transfers to BTC - ARBS

But April 1st - TX id 0e4357ba31849f98fa6b7c25ad383fbb53522b54035700bf798cc5a4e91c664a - 1.40265833 BTC
March 19th - TX ID ec9ff89cfc3329a0f078c2f3791af4853c9cdc1b1ad6d4df0ffb476c6dcbb989 - 1 BTC
February 22nd - f9825160b7f171020b4766d3820067b1b5188959ccd993edd1cc94469abfa53c - .2 BTC

I sent an email June 10th and have recieved nothing.

He should have a list of everyone who is owed ( like the google doc), and make EQUAL pro-rated payments based on how much you are owed. It shouldnt matter if you had .01 or 25 BTC invested.

I can live without the priority list (of course that is better if exists), but I think that all we need to push to btc-arbs to give us a list of confirmed debts. At least I want to know if he accepts my debt, because if he is not accepting it I am loosing my time here. Like I said before I deposited days before the site closed, so I don't know who has my BTC.

You deposited or tried to into HIS site. Wherever the money went is still his problem. He owes you.

This is exactly what I have asked for many times!  Seems to go upon deaf ears though Sad

Most emails take time to verify. Many users are claiming invalid amounts and there are also many fake emails from users that did not even have accounts.

All messages will get a reply. It takes time and this forum limits the speed of sending PMs.

I was one of the first to reply. I send my email on May 30th and my PM on May 31st. I have seen many many users who have sent messages after me that are getting refunded while I am not. I deposited 1.36 btc to btc-arbs and watched it grow to 1.80. I withdrew less than 0.05 btc when everything was falling to shit. I am asking for 1.25 btc to be refunded to the following address: 1PshALPGVCjWYBbbtXzhMKZFE2cwVbSTSC

I sent my e-mail on May 30th as well.  Follow-up PM on June 1st.  I had about 10 BTC deposited, so he has a lot of ground to cover.  It's clear that he's not trying to pay back most of us mid-large investors yet.  Freejack appears to be the only one of us who started to receive something.

There doesn't seem to be any pattern, I have brought this same subject up before and I still think Mr. Btc-arbs would get a lot less pressure if there was a pattern, first responders, highest to lowest, or lowest to highest, or alphabetically or something where we could watch as each person is check marked off.

Still heard nothing here as well and I submitted in May. How do I know that BTC-Arbs doesn't think my claim was real and has ignored it? My situation was a bit different in that I had 2 accounts, so it wouldn't surprise me if the guy thought I was lying about them.

0.2 btc returned to my account of the 1.36 that I had deposited.
Note: I had withdrew some btc so I am asking for 1.25 to be returned from btc-arbs.

I was very surprised to be paid back (at least some)!
