This random generation of btc payouts is baffling. I don't understand why BTC-Admin picks who he picks to give money too?!?! It would make more sense if he were to organize this based upon the first investor, on down to the most recent investor or even alphabetically or anything that gives us a pattern to follow.  All this random payout does is upset some and make one or two relatively happy.

More than ever a reason that we need to have an organized plan B. I have organized a good bit of info, but I am sure there is other useful information out there that people have.

We have been able to organize a good bit of information now on the btc-arbs admin. I am looking for any more on the admin that you may have. If you do, PM me as it may be new information that I do not have. There needs to be a plan B while we wait for the admin to come through on his word.

I have been fully refunded, thank you btc-arbs admin.

I deposited 0,5815 in 3 deposits and stated in my first messages that I was owed 0,55BTC. I sent him another pm a week later when I actually found my deposit transfers.

I am happy to be refunded and I don't mind losing 0,0315 rather than losing it all.

I will keep maintaining the spreadsheet so I will stick around and provide useful information when I have some.

Before sending a PM to yonce you might want to check this thread out: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/yonce-exposed-also-known-as-finmutual-admin-626622     Or you could just check his trust, as it is very enlightening.   I don't know what his agenda would be but I'm very doubtful that he intends to help out anyone but himself.

If you are on this thread and have emailed or PM'ed the BTC-ARBs person there is a good chance you will be refunded at least your deposit.    However, it could take some time.

BTC-ARBS

Not a penny my way yet.  It has been 16 days.  I keep seeing messages for others paid back so I am wondering if you ever received my messages / confirmed what I'm owed.  It would be helpful to us if you could let us know once you confirm (agree) with what we say we are owed.  This will save people from sending messages over and over again.

Also - Payments do seem to be very random.  At one point you mention that it was first come first serve , with some random.  That should mean that I should be seeing something soon.  Any schedule we can count on?  I hopefully keep checking daily, but so far not a singe cent has come through!

I'm not BTC-ARBS but I do what to see everyone get refunded.

You sent your email around May 31st & June 1.  I was a couple days ahead of you and that probably helped in my case.   Since you have a larger amount you probably won't get it all at once when it does start to come.   I think the random accounts were for very small amounts.  Hang in there ... I was frustrated too because there isn't any feedback other than seeing others getting some refunds.

I'm confirming that I've had my deposit fully refunded.   Thank you BTC-ARBs for that.   I sincerely hope that everyone gets refunded.

Guys, it's going to take quite a while at this pace. Unless he decides to try and vanish (which would be hard to do with so many people invested), let's just see how it plays out. I waited 11 days for another half a bitcoin. Long way to go yet and a lot of mouths to feed.

Edited the spreadsheet, also fixed the amount shown in the amount invested column, which now reflects what I was owed after the site shut down, before payments via the forum started, so the repaid percentage will be correct.

BTC-ARBS,

I know that I do not post as much as others on the site.... but it would be nice to be included in the refund process.  I sent my PM to you the same day you came onto this forum as well as an email.... No response... No refund.  In past postings... you state that people that bother you move to the back of the line... it looks like people that leave you alone.... and are patient... get NOTHING!!!  What is your actual policy on refunds?

Refunds sent today

2 full refunds from PMs
2 full refunds from email
2 partial payment to freejack and dyask (now fully refunded)

If you have already sent an email or PM do not send it again. Once is enough. You will not receive a reply until you are paid.

Also, for FreeJack, just wondering how many days your in after your initial "20-40 days" payback period promise.

I haven't seen a penny yet.

It's been 11 days since I received my last payment (on the 5th) and we're about 17 days into the 20-40 day agreement. I've been assured that I'll be getting one today...how much that will amount to remains to be seen. The number of "mouths" he has to feed has probably increased tenfold since I sent him my first PM and so we'll see how it goes for the remaining 23 days or so.

Has he mentioned how many BTC he actually has left over which are being used for arbitrage currently? As he slowly pays down some of these "lucky"* investors, he will reach a point where his trading balance covers all outstanding liabilities at which time that should be paid out in bulk rather than continued arbitrage profits. I think everybody would agree that he does not deserve to have an proceeds left over for himself at the end after the multiple lies of "Ron James" and subsequently vanishing altogether.

*I say lucky investors only because his payout patterns is by and large totally random even with that methodology he posted earlier.

I'm just glad somethings happening, no matter what the circumstances. May take forever, but would be great if I get repaid in a year and BTC goes up a ton in price. Same BTC, more money.

My system is not perfect and has flaws but it is being used to successfully refund investors in full. The next batch of refunds will be sent in less than 24 hours.

Continue giving face is very important, do so ... hopefully with this low, take a lot of coins ... and with that you will make it easier to pay people ... to me, yet not touched me, hope to be in the next, you post ... Thanks

Nobody wants to touch you. You got a hand so get busy.

Everybody is always 1st on the list, don't expect to get paid anytime soon though. Am I waiting? Yea, not holding my breath though.

Thanks!!

I was just thinking about the full refund date (where all the users will be paid off) and I think it could be sooner. We don't know the "gap" he needs to fill using arb trading.

If for instance: He owes us all 600 BTC, 100 BTC were stolen and he still has 500BTC. He then has to gather 100 BTC.
The BTC-Arbs admin is now using the profits (11BTC till date) to pay off people but when he has gathered enough to cover the gap, he can pay-out the rest in one final batch.

I surely hope we all will receive our bitcoins in a timely matter. You are one of the top investors btclemming and that sure is a fair amount of money..

Based on the refund rate (on average 0,65 BTC / day) and the amounts we were receiving on the btc-arbs platform during march and beginning of april, I would bet our friend will say he's playing with around less than 100 btc...  looooong way to recover.
