I don't believe anyone is being given a choice when it comes to surrendering their interest earned...but I don't mind losing the interest if I can get my principal back and just chalk it up to a "lesson learned."

I believe this will take time. I would be patient since it may be that he is trying to make some arbitrage profit to pay us back. I understand it as long as he is trying to do things right. I have two users in btc-arbs: "hongo" and "viru". Add "hongo" to the fully refunded (without earning) list and "viru" to the not yet refunded. I have surrendered my earnings since I prefer to have my money back than nothing. If all this story (the hacking and the arbitrage) is true and if I were in your place I would do my part to help out and surrender the earnings too. In that way more people will have the chance to be refunded but you probably need to say this explicitly.

In the interest of accuracy, I did actually receive 1 Bitcoin, the day he posted his intentions in the thread. I didn't receive anything yesterday and have not as of yet, today. Of my principal investment, I am still owed 23.8 Bitcoin.

However, he has told me that he intends to have my balance due paid back within a month (in his words, 20-40 days). I will be holding him to this commitment and if it appears he is going to fall well short of that goal, we will likely pursue legal satisfaction.

I'll keep the thread updated as I'm paid, with the running total.

I already sent him message and PM days ago, and he never answered me. You can check in the TX that I sent the BTC a couple of days before the site went offline and was after the "hacking" so he has my bitcoin for sure. I don't understand why I didn't received yet. I was refunded successfully. Thanks. I think this was a real failed attempt of arbitrage. if you wish to be refunded you will have to surrender your earnings since if it is true that the site was hacked and btc stollen they don't have enough funds to pay all back. I did surrender my earnings and I got all my funds back. Thanks to BTC-Arbs at least for doing this right. Please also payback to my referred "viru"

I have sent two e-mails, one with the original amounts and a second follow up that included the original e-mails content as well as asking for some kind of acknowledgment that he understood the e-mail's content. I originally put 3.4 in and then opened a few smaller accounts for a total of 4.1 invested. After the legacy mess I got basically jack crap back and if I don't at least hear from the admin in the next couple days I'm willing and prepared to join or take legal action.
