There are many accounts under the similar name, which one is the real one?

At the moment none of them seems official one. You may test each if you really like and I appreciate the result  Wink

none of them are real

Then tickets are the only way to approach them ?

I would say so. At least you can be fairly sure that the ticket system is not as easy to get hi-jacked by a (for example) disgruntled former employee.

I hope I can too. I wonder what the reason for the account suspension was... I was telling people in chat to avoid the scam sites, maybe I was banned along with the scammers.

I was just talking to them and they asked me to provide:

btc-e id:
btc-e.support: Pass:
btc-e.support: Email:
btc-e.support: Pass:
btc-e.support: Depposit via ?

Why do they need my btc-e password AND my email address password?

and the email address they gave me to respond to was [email protected]

I'm not giving them my passwords over skype, or at all.
Neither would I. Your email password? WTF?
