I have tranfer 3 deposits total 365000 usd to the bank account of Mayzus Financial Services Limited (according to the btc-e instruction) on Apr 22, Apr 23 and Apr 24. But I do not receive the money in my account until now. My bank told me the 3 funds have been sent. Btce support told me their bank account do not received any one deposit and he promised to check with bank on Apr 28. But today (Apr 29) I have no reply although I ask btce support several times.
Where is my money? How can I take my money back?

My btce account: shangguanyq.

BTC-E Disputed Claims Support Group

We are a support group for BTC-E users who have had funds lost on the BTC-E exchange due to hackings, bugs or other reasons where the BTC-E claims department has either rejected the claim or ignored it and refused to reply.

We are here for users to listen to your side of the story and why you consider yourself to be entitled to a crediting of funds lost and also for you who refuse to accept sole liability in case of a dispute.

We estimate that between 1-5% of BTC-E users have been in a dispute with the BTC-E internal support and the numbers keep adding up. We accept and respect that BTC-E has a large number of happy users that have not been affected or had fund lost but affected users have a right to organize themselves, discuss their situation and compare similarities between claims together.

Furthermore, since the BTC-E business registration details are obfuscated there is currently no recourse in cases of dispute which further necessitates the establishing of this community.

If you have a disputed claim with BTC-E you can PM us if you want a private response. We will try to reply within 72 hours.

What is the amount currently in dispute?
Is the BTC-E internal support still replying to your correspondence?
What is your position and theirs?

You can add as much or as few details about your case as you like.

Welcome to the BTC-E Disputed Claims Support Group. We listen to your side of the story and try to assist you if possible.

Self moderated topic is bs, please create a new non self moderated topic.  Also your account have 1 post, thats not a great sign.

But official topic of BTC-E self-moderated too.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/btc-ecom-exchange-btcnmcltcnvctrcppcftcxpm-usdeurrur-fee-02-433283
And they remove the unwanted messages to them.

I suffered from fraud chatmoderator BTC-E Balthazar.

This chatmoderator offends me in chat and in the official forum thread, and other topics in the forum.
Because of his fraud in Novacoin I lost money.

Self moderation is ok sometimes I think.

Did Balthazar defraud you?

You lost money because of Novacoin?

Hi, I also have problem with BTC-E.com. I wire transfer USD $4500 to BTC-E.com back in 1/5/2015, but the fund still is missing from my account. My bank has confirmed that the fund was deposited to the Mayzus Financial Service Limited. I open a ticket# UHV-108-63758 in BTC-E.com but  the customer service in BTC-E.com insisted that the fund was not received. How should I go from here to look for my money. My bank said that they could "trace" the money for me. What else should I do? Any suggestions and any experiences are appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Twang,

Has the claim been settled yet?

I sent an international wire to btc-e.  They credited it to my account, but they froze withdrawals for a month.  I emailed them and they responded "Hello, please attach SWIFT document" for the wire.  I called my bank and they don't know what btc-e is talking about.  They were like, there is no such thing as the "SWIFT document."

Plus, it's weird that btc-e responded to my question about frozen withdrawals by asking about the wire.  They already received it, as acknowledged by btc-e and verified by my bank.

So I sent btc-e a copy of the receipt from the wire, and I sent them the federal tracking number.

This is not a dispute yet.  Presumably I will be able to withdraw my funds, although I might have to wait.  I am posting because I would like feedback from others who have dealt with btc-e support.  The way that btc-e handles support tickets is strange.  Maybe it's just a poor command of English.  I opened a corporate account with them, had to contact support and similarly experienced a mystifying email exchange..  Their messages were so terse and cryptic, I had a hard time finding out what exactly they wanted.

Hi there Birr,

Sorry for late reply.  Have you been able to make a withdrawal yet?

They are probably asking for your Bank's SWIFT code, which is required for international withdrawals...
