I don't see any problem. Once SuperNET starts its revolutionary kickoff the price of BTCD will only rise from then... so buy some cheap BTCD and stake.

I let the initial frustration get to me a little more than necessary.  Apologies CrazyNewb, you at least warned us and that's a sign of integrity.  Most would have just dumped

He could have waited for more buy orders tho, finding ppl you can dump to would have been a smarter move imo.
But thanks i guess

About to sell 2500 BTCD on Bittrex once this deposit confirms.

Finally buying into SuperNET.  Sick of missing out on dat assets.

Well good to know, but why didn't you just buy supernet assets directly with BTC, rather than dumping the price down?  It was just starting to gain some upwards momentum too.

There is so little buy support for BTCD that it really does look quite pathetic.  Any other holders concerned?

After being out of town for the Holiday, I was going to comment on the nice 50% rise in BTCD price........ until CrazyNewb decided to carelessly dump 2500 coins.

Yeah paul, it's a bit concerning to me as well.  I thought intelligent btcd investors had more sense than that Huh.  I understand wanting some SuperNET assets, but geez dude, c'mon!!

He could of done it off Exchange and everyone would of won, but sometimes bad things happen when your minds not on the ball.

Of course there is little buy support right after a 12,5 BTC dump into the market... let it recover.

At least he was smart enough to buy from the NXT asset exchange. I think he purchased it from there. A large SuperNET buy order happened not long after the btcd sell.

It has crossed my mind before to do the very same thing back during the ICO phase but decided to keep my stash of btcd since it also will receive SuperNET dividends.

He will realize that maybe he shouldn't have dumped.

The supernet dividends are worth very little right now ... maybe a few dollars. He probably could have made more by just waiting for BTCD to rise again and then buy supernet. Oh well, more cheap coins for us Wink

I got distracted with a financing deal today, but I am still on track to get MGW withdraw done and maybe even multisig address generation.

making multisig telepods hurt my brain though, didnt quite work...

Anyway, if you are whale type guy, I might have some assets available at ground floor pricing, but only for 5 BTC+. You will get it at the same price as SuperNET will pay for it

James

which kind of assets?
1.5 million NXT worth sold out overnight...
SuperNET and NXTventure will be dividending out this asset, more details soon

first thanks for your work.. have a problem.. and asking if you know why BTCD wallet on Cryptsy is stuck on withdrawal (pending state for over one day now...) contacted their support promise of resolution but nothing so far... but maybe you have experienced the same thing

thanks so much and will vote for above as well, find supernet very futuristic concept.. hopefully also charitycoin can be somehow resurrected in all of this... a very important coin/concept

thank you!

It's been said before, don't use Cryptsy. They are not willing to process withdraws for BTCD. I've had this issue months ago, and as a test, tried them again last week and they STILL do not process withdraws. Occasionally they will, but as of late they are not. So stay away from Cryptsy.

now the reason why ? very strange

They want to keep them and stake them?

dough.. of course.. since the whole market is deregulated.. I mean unfortunately I have now 0 BTCD in the wallet ... sad all of this, was excited about owning this coin... one of the top (my opinion)

I ended up have them cancel the order and sell them back to BTC. Conveniently I made more BTC hah, but then sent BTC to another exchange and bought my btcd back.

thank you! will try to do that.. I would rather keep BTCD due to the supernet and "going beyond" BTC.. thanks again.. will let all know how it goes

----- UPDATE ----

Happy to report that I reclaimed my BTCD, I have asked Cryptsy to cancel BTCD withdrawal request soild it for BTC then transferred to another exchange and re-bought (for a bit of loss but manageable)

thank you above for the awesome suggestion, coin has fantastic design... cheers
