That is just such a bullshit graph. The top 50 on the buys covers 0.003-0.0047. The top 50 on the sells covers 0.0049 - 0.015. Of course it looks skewed. I can fill the sell order book with small orders and skew it the other way if you like.

There is around 500 BTCD available for less than .005
21 BTC to get it to .004 and 21 BTC would get it to .00675 on the buy side, so the median is actually higher than .005

Can you please stick to facts and math.
