🚨 GOSU REVIEW ALERT - StarBets Casino 🚨

We looked into one of the newer crypto casinos that recently also appeared here on Bitcointalk.

Their main selling point is a dividends system with daily crypto payouts according to the number of STAR tokens you have earned --> https://www.btcgosu.com/review/starbets/

Hi efialtis!

I am glad that you have checked our platform and reviewed it. I read the full review and found something wrong;

What we found strange about StarBets is that this casino's Twitter account has over twenty thousand followers, which is a bit much for such a young platform. Then we noticed that it got created in 2009. Using AllMyTweets, we saw that this casino had likely bought some popular Spanish guy's Twitter page, gaining his follower base to appear more credible to newbie players. Not cool.

Here is another disappointment. StarBets does not have a gaming license. There is nothing in the StarBets white paper about this platform planning to attain regulatory approval any time soon, but we would assume that that is in the cards, eventually. Hardcore gamblers may not care about a site boasting a Curacao license. Yet, trust us. A licensing badge means loads to casuals.

FYI, We do not have a Twitter account yet. We didn't create a Twitter account because we didn't get a casino license yet. It is also right that we didn't mention the period when we are going to get a license. But, We have a plan to get a license within this year. Only After that will we create a Twitter account. About the Twitter account, you have mentioned, We also checked someone renamed their Account and pretended as StarBets. But, I assume whoever created this Account is trying to get some referrals. I am not sure if we can take any action against that Account.

Okay, so the StarBets website has no on-site support of any kind! That is inexcusable for a modern crypto gambling site hoping to attract casual gamblers. We understand that this platform is somewhat new, but they could have at least added an FAQ section and email support. We checked the general terms and conditions page, which is quite bare, to be honest, and did not find any email listed there.

Thanks for Pointing out this one too. Yes, We do not have an on-site support option yet. But, We have a dedicated Support email which is
Code:
. We only ask users to send mail if we cannot assist them on Telegram Support.

About Other things, We will see what we can improve. I hope you will review it again.

Hey,

thanks for the feedback, especially with regard to the twitter account - we will update our review accordingly.

Regarding support: Not everyone is using telegram and forcing people to join a telegram in order to get support is not great. Also, the support email you mentioned is nowhere to be found on the website. Hopefully you will be working on these aspects soon. Smiley

More importantly: Yet another withdrawal not having been processed for 2+ hours. Went to telegram, reached out to someone who said it will happen shortly, needs to be processed manually for security reasons (good old story). An hour later, still nothing with the end of the story being the person stating they are not being support, just trying to help as "community manager". This means that not only are people forced to join telegram in order to speak to someone, they will not even get to talk with someone who can actually provide support? (By the way, the issue is not about the withdrawal in general, I don't even care if a casino takes half a day or a day for a withdrawal as long as this is communicated) - what I care about is the support, which seems to be inexistent.

And yes... we try to update our reviews regularly even though it can be a hard task with so many operators - whenever there are big changes though, we usually update quite fast. It also helps if an operator lets us know about big changes. Smiley

^ Starbets recently updated their terms for deposit:

Minimum deposit
Please review the minimum deposit amounts for each currency.
0.0001 BTC
0.005 BNB
0.005 eth
5 TRX
Lower deposits will not be credited to the account.

They also added another feature for the token which is buying lottery tickets (not sure if that's really relevant under promotions).

You have a serious amount of Star tokens there. Nice one!

Hey,

thanks for the feedback! Smiley

Yeah, I saw it, too, and updated it an hour ago with regards to the min deposits.

The lottery is mentioned just very briefly, could probably write a few more sentences.

I am still a one man show sir and BTCGOSU now has almost 2000 pages of content - I can hardly keep everything 100% up to date and need to prioritize - of course, I am trying to update the reviews of our more popular brands more often than the ones people are pretty much not interested in... even though I still plan on updating those as well.

The list of casinos on BTCGOSU will keep growing because a while ago - after some input by users on this very thread - we took the decision of pretty much covering each and every casino taking on cryptos. Strategically, this decision means that we literally want to become the absolute go to resource for all things crypto gambling, similar to askgamblers and casino.guru for fiat gambling.

Regarding casinowhizz - we know each other and are helping each other out in terms of SEO... Smiley
Now it is clear to me. Does casinowhizz also have backlink of btcgosu on their website? (I couldn't find it out) Anyway, casinowhizz has more focus on those casino which are available for USA residents. Where btcgosu has all type of casino collection. You are continuously adding new (unknown/ maybe less popular) casinos review on btcgosu. From the review page, I can see that you have made the review of 99 casinos. But you aren't updating the old review information properly.

As example, look at DuckDice review. They have added some new bonuses (rakeback, hot Friday, Duck's 7th), added a lot of crypto and bank deposit system, minimum withdrawal amount is equivalent to $20. But you haven't updated these information in your review.

🚨 GOSU WEBSITE UPDATE 🚨

Hey GOSUS, I hope you are all doing well! We have just released an update of our website with mainly the header section being revamped. The menu still needs some tweaking but I think that this is a big improvement overall. Cool

I also like the rebrand, it is a lot easier to navigate and find back reviews/news. Browsed to the list of the casino reviews and need to catch up as you have added quite a few new casinos that seem interesting.
One small remark: just noticed today that I don't have access anymore to bc.game from Belgium as the site is blocked by the government (but using a mirror site it still works).

Now the price of cryptocurrency is available at GOSU! As FatFork has said above, the header section looks really cool now and it is easier to realize everything. However, I haven't noticed significant changes on the other sections of the BTCGOSU, maybe I need to spend more time on the website to find out the differences. But I have noticed many new articles/reviews of different games.

BTW, is there any connection of btcgosu with casinowhizz review making site? There is a hyperlink under the “bitcoin casinos” word in the “Why Play at Bitcoin Casinos Anyway?” section which is redirecting to the casinowhizz website.

Thanking you for the feedback, too! Smiley

The redesign looks awesome! I really enjoy the new layout. And i also agree that the redesign is a great improvement. The header header section now looks much more cohesive, clean and easy to understand. The color palette also looks really good and very attractive. I think the design team did a great job.

Niceee! Some of us were waiting for the GOSU challenge to come back! An additional reason to play slots... like we needed it! Cheesy

By the way, I hope that Wolf plans to add more slot games from providers available on the site, and maybe to add more providers... It seems to me that it's been a really long time since they added slots and there hasn't been a single update since then... or I didn't notice anything?!

And they keep adding lots of providers, which ones are you missing by now? Let me know and I will hit them up... Wink

They are always here and come back is not a right word to say.

You probably misunderstood me, I was talking about the Gosu challenge... that was on a break for a while! If you like Wolf casino and you play slots sometimes you can join, all you need to do is to share your over x100 slot win! Check the link for more info! Good luck! Smiley

Wolf is a good casino that was launched years ago and they run campaigns a few times. Success is result they got with their time on Bitcointalk. They are still here, not leaving no where.

Slot games are most addictive but they have to build it carefully. With slot games, you will difficult to win but when you win, you win big and it is harmful for casino bankroll.

Hm... OK! I see you read my post very carefully! Cheesy  Wolf is great, I'm just wondering if there will be new providers and slots... And the Gosu group is a great group for discussing such things, there is always someone with insider info! Smiley
