I will also keep my eyes on it. BTCGOSU had run a slots contest with wolf.bet during the new year. I had participated in it and got the 4th rank. It was an easy contest as there wasn't much entries. I agree with you. But, regulations and partner like btcgosu also plays a vital role for players. If a player is initially rejected from their live support chat, Players cannot do much except ask their partner to check further or complain to the regulatory. If there is no regulatory or partner involved with the specific casino, you cannot do much. Players can rate them down on Trustpilot and create a scam accusation on Bitcointalk. So yeah, Casino regulations also play a vital role here.

This is the case we sometimes encounter when the withdrawal is stuck and as you say they didn't have English fluent support chat system it is problem for non native language speaker but it's good that your issue was resolved and as GOSU have made it possible for players to submit their personal reviews also it's big help for players and they helping in your withdrawal was good move.
